We got a room facing the highway. Super noisy. Couldn’t sleep all night. No water provided. Over all , bad experience. Would never stay here again.

The beds were very comfortable, dinner was amazing and the staff was very friendly. The only change I would make is the pool (mostly hot tub) had way to much chlorine.

Room seemed old and smelled older. Jaccuzi needed caulking around th3 edges. Washroom was not clean. Bed was definitely not king sized. Pool area was good the kids loved it!

Nice place , hot tub not working

Wouldn’t recommend for the price. Evening front desk staff was fairly rude, and seemed inconvenienced by just small questions such as if we needed to provide any car info for parking or if it was possible to borrow ceramic mugs for the room instead of using paper. Jacuzzi was not in service but no signage or warning of it being as so (jets didn’t turn on and wasn’t hot). We typically select hotels based on amenities so this was a significant disappointment. Bathrooms need better ventilation or dehumidifier- the towels couldn’t dry over night and we found silverfish. Expected at least friendlier customer service from a Hilton

Great stay

We decided to extend our stay in Burlington and this was a last minute booking. Everything was exactly what we needed.

We were disappointed with the continental breakfast. Food was terrible, lacks, taste and variety. For a price $17 person food, beverage could be much better.

The room is big and nice. Front desk is very friendly and polite

Close to everything I need

The check in was seamless and easy. I was able to pre check in and had a digital key available which worked well because we had somewhere else to go right after check in. The room was big, and clean. The free wifi and parking are a nice touch as well.

My stay was short but very comfortable.

The staff were amazing, friendly and the room was clean… but the room was not in the greatest condition. Some outlet covers were missing and a lotion dispenser screw was hanging out of the wall…I still would return because I had an overall positive experience with the staff.

The breakfast was good it just needs variety for vegetarians and people who don't eat pork. The room was nice and clean. The bathroom was clean as well. The area is very nice and quiet. It was a lovely experience.
