Fine for one night before an early flight. Hotel is old and nothing within walking distance. We ate at a mall nearby. Overall fine for what we needed.

It's a lovely facility, quite large. wrong time of year for swimming but the pool area looked nice. the internet was spotty and not secure so couldn't use it for a couple of things. it's right off the freeway and there's nothing around it to walk to. if you have a car then nothing is too far away. it's very close to the airport.

Was treated with curtesy by everyone. Restaurant in hotel is full service and they serve good food at a reasonable price.

They have updated the TV from the tube tv to a 26 inch flat screen. Overall the hotel is exactly what you would expect for the price.

Close to the Catania airport so good for a first night stay..

Rented a car so it was a nice place to get around from. Not sure how convenient it is otherwise. Helpful staff, nice coffee selection in the morning.

Located about 10 minutes drive away from Catania, so you will probably need a car if you want to visit the city. The hotel is in a good condition but it feels a little dated. The pool was clean and thankfully not very busy.

The hotel location is convient to the airport. Finding the hotel was a little difficult. Some of the hotel road signs seemed to send us off course. The hotel is a good choice if you have an early morning flight.

Its a good hotel that is located in the freeway 10 mins away by car from Catania, 40 mins away from Taormina and Siracusa. This hotel is perfect if you need a middle point to visit a few cities. It has a little market a block away and a gas station. The pool was perfect for relaxing after a long walk in the city. The rooms are goid with a/c and lots of channels (mostly italian). 5 min drive is a huge shopping mall with lots of brands stores and restaurants (zara, tommy hillfuger, h&m) Check in was fast and we had no noise at night. The only bad thing was the breakfast! Very poor breakfast choices. Overall i recommend it if you have a car and want to visit around the coast line withouth changing hotels on every city!

This is an hotel located in a service area, and it is very difficult to find. See below for help. The hotel itself is very nice, with a good restaurant, and a large pool. There really is nothing around the area. The service area is Il Gelso Bianco, and there is north side and a south side one. Coming from the east on A-19, heading west, exit SLOWLY into Il Gelso Bianco North, and keep hard to your right, hard, hard, hard. DO NOT FOLLOW the signs for autos into the service area!! Stay hard right. You will see the sign to the hotel, and the hotel. Coming west on A-19, heading east, exit SLOWLY into Il Gelso Bianco South, and keep hard to your right, hard, hard, so you go around behind the service area and along a road until you can turn left through a little underpass and go uphill to the hotel. DO NOT FOLLOW the signs for autos into the service area!!

Didn't find the hotel using the GPS, but saw it from the highway. Convenient for airport escape. English speaking front desk clerk.

Good value. Clean rooms. Very close to airport. Right off autostrada Palermo-Catania without audible street noise. Would def stay here again if I had an early morning flight out of Catania.

Hotel is quiet and comfortable, despite being close to two motorways. Restaurant is pretty average, but the hotel's big advantage and the reason we chose to stay there, is that it's close to Catania's airport for early flights. It's just a short drive and only takes about 15 minutes, if you know where you're going. Wouldn't choose to stay there for holiday pleasure, but fine for the last night in Sicily.

Io e la mia famiglia abbiamo soggiornato lì una notte. Posizione dell'hotel ottima, vicino all'aeroporto, autostrada, Ikea, centro commerciale, a 20 minuti dal centro. La pecca è lo stato in cui si trova. Molto decadente e soprattutto sporco. Sporco il bagno, sporca la moquette dei corridoi, sporco l'ascensore. Colazione essenziale ma tutto sommato accettabile. Il personale graziosissimo. Spero possano provvedere al più presto perché le formiche in bagno non sono state una bella vista!

Eenvoudig, wat verouderd hotel. Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Lekker zwembad erbij. Ontbijt is prima.

Bella piscina peccato non sia curata meglio, però rispetto alla qualità/prezzo non è malvagio.

Pour une nuit ça va mais rien de plus !
