Our room had s seaview. Room was basic but clean. Room temperature was spot on. The balcony was in urgent need of a re furb. Drinks by the pool are double price of bars in the old town. Pool staff are way to strict and need to relax, i can see negative reviews because of extreme and stupid rules around the pool area

great beach front location and a relaxed atmosphere. The rooms were quite basic and a little tired in places, but still comfortable enough for a short stay. The highlight was definitely the rooftop pool area, with amazing 360° views across the city and a really nice vibe both during the day and in the evening. Breakfast also had a good variety of choices, with plenty to pick from each morning. Overall, a pleasant stay mainly for the location, views, and rooftop atmosphere.

Location of this hotel is 10/10. Comfortable beds and the room is an adequate size with all the necessary amenities. The glass wall for the bathroom may not be to everyones liking but it is frosted glass where it matters so not totally see through! The ground floor area looks really good on arrival and the pool and sky bar are stunning.

Nice late afternoon sun on the balcony. Lifts got a bit of getting used to.

Location was perfect, right across from the boardwalk and beach. The rooms were small but good storage, we had a Seaview room and the views from the balcony did not disappoint. Very nice rooftop pool but it can get crowded and difficult to get a seat. Staff were friendly and accomodating, even getting us into a room a few hours before check in. Very clean and well kept. Cost was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend.

Great location excellent value for money

Hotel was clean and pretty well maintained. House keeping also did a great job daily. Pool bar was great, drinks were good especially the Pina Colada and not crazy expensive. Big negative and also the reason I'll never go back was the A/C and location. The first night was hot and I couldn't sleep. After messing with the thermostat for awhile I just opened the balcony door. The problem was this hotel sits right in the middle if the party, night clubs and busy streets, sleeping with the balcony door open wasn't any better for sleeping due to the noise and garbage trucks emptying dumpsters full of beer bottles all night and morning long. When I went to the front desk in the morning and told them the A/C in my room wasn't working they told me that it is on a central a/c system and it was not turned on. Even though the lobby and everywhere else outside of the rooms was very well air conditioned to the point that it actually felt cold. I said I couldn't sleep in the heat, the staff all said there was nothing they could do and that I should ooen tge balcony door. When I mentioned the exessive noise they said they also knew about the noise but the noise was not there fault. In short unless you like sleeping in the heat or can sleep though extreme noise this place in not recommended. Sux nights of hell!

I had a room with views of the city and the mountains although i could see the sea by looking left through a gap.The10th Floor roof top pool and sky bar is a great place to relax with plenty of comfortable seating and loungers. Hotel overall is very nice and i have stayed there 4 times now and would go again.

No in room air conditioning controls - this is controlled centrally. Room not deeply cleaned - a sense of surface level wipe down but stains and dust in places. Out dated and needs a revamp.

The location of hotel is very good. Staff are friendly. The reception, restaurant and pool area are lovely. The rest of the hotel needs updating. Rooms need a good clean. Curtains very badly ripped and extremely dirty. Bathroom was very dirty. You can see they get a quick clean for next guest but they really need a deep clean especially around doors where people touch a lot of built up grime.

The hotel was very clean. Reception area was very nice and modern. The rooms were cleaned daily and had everything you needed. Rooftop bar and pool were excellent. The staff were very polite and helpful. The exterior of the hotel looks a little run down but internally is fresh and clean and very modern in an excellent seafront location. Would highly recommend.

3 night stay, rooms were great, lovely sea view. Not so keen on the bathroom area, as only a glass door between toilet and shower. Great rooftop bar and pool. Amazing views from the top. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend a stay here. Very central.

Clean room and reception. Bed was too hard and it was like sleeping on wooden boards. I’m usually not too fussy but this time it was uncomfortable. Great view from Sea View room and the Sky bar was great and 4 euro glasses of wine.

The hotel in a great location but not sound proof. Great gaps under the doors which results hearing it all, same with the walls. Shame that sky bar didn't allow anyone to have drinks on the sunbeds after 6pm or on Sat night all had been told that bar closed at 7pm?! I imagine this place is busy during the summer season but done tlc definitely is needed. At times it felt that the coffee and milk was rationed. Would I stay there again? Perhaps though I'd imagine if your room faces the main street in the summer it'd be very noisy all night long.
