Was ok. Not ideal but only stayed 1 night. Recommendation of restaurant from staff was terrible

Staff exceptionally helpful and intuitive to your needs . Breakfast very tasty and manager very helpful. Housekeeping were very obliging and kept the rooms really clean and neat . Definitely return

Room were really clean,staff very good,breakfast very good. Parking ok. Only we have complain for toilet and we can't use cold water on sink( washed teeth on bath). Swimming pool unusual - first time I saw like this ,for women part especialy.That is not suitable for people with any special needs. That's it!Thank you

The hotel is beautiful and staff so so friendly. Dinner was a touch disappointing, a few of us didnt find it great but possibly just down to a matter of taste. Breakfast was brilliant with a lovely selection. I would return again ❤️

This was one of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed at. Everything was good. Only minor gripe is a tiny elevator for people staying. Since it’s only 2 levels up, it’s no issue. Staff, service, food, and ambiance were A+

Very nice hotel. Spacious room. The staff were excellent. The breakfast was good and had many options. There was adequate parking.

Very spacious room. Spotlessly clean and well appointed with comfortable king size bed. Free onsight parking and good location made life easier. Great food and service on what turned out to be a very busy Sunday night. Absolutely recommend this facility.

Staff helpful. Room a bit on the small side for what we paid. Bathroom could do with modernising. Room quite warm but fan available.

There is no AC. This was not discussed on the booking website. We also could not have the window open for cool air because there was a wedding party smoking in the patio below or room till very late at night. There is almost no water pressure. Bugs in our room and bathroom. Breakfast items were cold and they were out of many things. Did not have enough staff to keep it stocked. For almost $250+ a night these things are not acceptable. Management needs to stay at The Address Connelly and take notes of what a property in this price range should be run.

Very clean and well appointed rooms Friendly staff Good leisure facilities Didn't eat at the hotel so can't comment on the food. Some renovations taking place at the hotel although this did not disturb us in any way and I didn't hear the workmen at all.

The hotel was very nice and clean, but we booked for the pool and it is not a hotel pool - it is an affiliated health club pool - and the staff were extremely rude to the kids. There is nowhere to sit. This is not a hotel to book hoping for a fun family time between tours.
