Set on it's own small island the Shangri-la Fiji, though the largest resort in Fiji, doesn't disappoint with ambiance and features. Plenty of dining options, activities or beach front for relaxing.

We had an incredible trip. The staff was amazing and the food was very good everywhere we ate. Must stay on reef adults only side if you aren't traveling with kids. Otherwise, your experience will be very different. Shout out to Loraini and James for taking such good care of us!! They made us feel like celebrities!! We stayed in a reef bure and wow!! So glad we stayed here!!

Fantastic resort for families

Great stay with kids. Food was awesome. Service at restaurants is very slow.

Arrival at the resort was fantastic, was a bit disappointed our room wasn’t available from the first night, but was rectified a day later, resort staff were fantastic and always helpful, Staff at all restaurants and bars were great happy and smiling and accommodating besides some of the staff at Beach Bar $ Grill, they would blatantly ignore you making you wait long periods of time for food and drink, making your experience uncomfortable and underwhelming,

We had an amazing 6 nights in the adukts reef wing. Bed was comfortable , the staff are super friendly and helpfull. I was concerned how far away from restaurants we were as have had a knee operation rece and getting around was slow. It was a breeze all very walkable and if you feel like it grab a lift on the buggies. Good snorkeling good food. Very enjoyable

This hotel is dated but clean and the staff were amazing. I would definitely return. Great place for a family holiday!

Staff were great, rooms were nice, could do with a bit of an update in some areas. But overall a great place to stay

Wonderful stay at Shangri la Fiji! The hotel manager was fabulous, every staff we met was kind and friendly, Tori our nanny was very kind and the kids loved her. Good snorkelling and swimming right off of lagoon beach. Excellent place to stay for families. We will be coming back!

We stayed for 7 nights with our 2 year old. Beautiful resort with everything we needed. He loved playing in the toddler pool. The restaurants had a great variety and very toddler friendly. Staff were fantastic, warm and accomodating.

I would not say the property is a five star, the rooms are kind of old and the tv ancient. The room we stayed in which was a grand ocean deluxe didn’t even have a mini bar. The sheets were changed daily but not once were the floors cleaned. The rooms are at most a 3 star hotel worthy. Staff very friendly

This resort is one that could not be faulted in any way, location, resort, facilities and people especially Meli created an atmosphere for all the engage and have an amazing time each and everyday in the main pool. This resort has amazing food, putt putt, horse riding, rooms are fantastic and the snorkelling in crystal blue waters right outside your door. Best family resort ever out at the Coral coast.

Would be good if you could rent snorkels and kayaks etc at both ends of the resort so you don't have to walk back and forth. Otherwise the place was great

We love returning to the Shangri-La Fiji, the staff always make us feel welcome, attention to providing a high standard of personalised service. Our home away from home!
