Wonderful Hotel. Great staff. But the heated pool was not hot for American standards. It was just warm enough to get in but uncomfortable once you get out. Wonderful breakfast. Great shopping district. Will definitely go back

Deficient service. Cleaning below average. Rooms need upgrades. Slow response from staff when asking for assistance.

Its a very good staff and pleasant. They recognize me from past stays . The property has a few issues since become a Hilton property...one example the bath towel it was with holes. I literally told the housekeeping they need to trash that towel, as matter fact that towel should never being in guest room period.

Very nice hotel and great location in Porto Alegre. Lots of restaurants and shops around. There is a nice park nearby for walks. The food was great. The gym has a good variety of equipment. The spa services are very good. Every once in awhile there were some weird smells that were not pleasant, but overall great place to stay.

It’s ok. No water bottles or kettle provided though. I asked for a kettle and they charged me 30 reil. Kind of annoying considering you are not supposed to drink the water.

The Hilton is conveniently located next to an indoor shopping mall and in one of nicest neighborhoods of Porto Alegre.

Outstanding service all around; great location; beautiful property.

This was a Sheraton for a million years and changed hands to Hilton a year or so ago. The decor is 40 years old, as are the carpets and most of the furniture. It's the kind of hotel that you don't even want to take your shoes off when in the room because the carpet is so revolting and dirty. I thought that when the Hilton took over they would invest in a renovation but from my recent experience, apparently not. This is the "best" hotel in Porto Alegre which says a lot, I suppose. It's truly a dump.
