A Smile We Will Always Remember This hotel was perfect for a one-night stay after our holiday in Isla Cristina before flying back to Germany. Everything we needed was available, and the hotel was comfortable and convenient. What truly made our stay special was the wonderful female staff member who checked us in at around 5 p.m. She was incredibly friendly, bubbly and welcoming. Her warmth and positive energy made such a strong impression on us that her service would have made up for almost anything that might not have been perfect. We were told by the morning staff that she may be Brazilian. The only difficulty was finding parking after returning from dinner. We drove around for approximately 45 minutes on a Friday evening, although I believe this is quite normal in Faro. Most importantly, please let the lovely lady who welcomed us know how much we appreciated her. We will always remember her beautiful smile. She is truly someone the hotel should value and keep!

Great location. Nice views. Very good breakfast and the accommodations were as advertised and/or better. We had a great meal at a restaurant a few blocks away that was recommended by the front desk clerk.... Thank you. Meanwhile... Our daughter ate at the local McDonalds... "Best McDonalds ever"(we are not American), was great to hear when we arrived back to the room. The roof top bar was Chic and enjoyable for a drink. Oh, we rented a car to leave the following day and they let us park right at the entrance of the hotel (in front of the lobby) for free while we explored the town for the afternoon. Really good vibe, service. We liked this hotel a lot.

Recently, had the pleasure of staying at Eva Senses Hotel, and it truly exceeded all expectations. From arrival, the staff were incredibly warm & welcoming. The room was fantastic, offering stunning views that made the stay even more special. The hotel’s location in the heart of the city centre is perfect, allowing easy access to everything Faro has to offer. A particularly memorable highlight was the talented pianist who played in the morning. His lovely music, paired with his warm smile, created such a unique and uplifting atmosphere. Thank you for playing Kal ho na ho ☺️ Definitely caught me by surprise! Would highly recommend Eva Senses Hotel to anyone visiting Faro. Excellent breakfast and hotel location. Also appreciate that the hotel has a complimentary ferry from hotel to Faro beach (both sides). The reception staff is well mannered, kind and informed. The communal facilities are nice - we made use of swimming pool and jacuzzi. They also have sauna and cool mist shower. Unfortunately we didn’t have time to use their gym which I am sure would be equally nice. Only one complaint that they did not serve freshly made omelettes on both days which i dont know why. Also, terrace restaurant offers breakfast with a great view.

We choose this hotel because of an early flight from Faro Airport and we weren't disappointed. I booked a budget interior room, but didn't read very well and missed that it said that there was no window. I just emailed the reception on the day of arrival if I could upgrade to another room, and although the hotel was almost fully booked this friendly girl at reception (Luana) made it possible for us. Reception at the hotel that day was very nice, by coincidence we met the same girl (Luana) behind the desk. What I found very pleasant: they receive their guest behind a desk with two guest chairs (like you are at a bank) which is far more personal and friendly than standing behind a counter! (AP Maria Lounges Tavira, are you listening?) Rooms are nice and comfortable and the hotel's location is absolutely perfect, only 10 mins away from Faro airport and located directly next to the city center and marina. Breakfast buffet was very extended! Only one minor thing: eggs, sausages and bacon, that should be warm were cold even when we arrived at 7.00 just after openening. But hey, if that's all...
