Great customer service, organized. The only issue we found out that the restaurants were way over priced!

The hotel overall was great. We arrived early in the Bahamas and requested earlier check in but they could not accommodate that need. I would recommend if traveling with kids, not to arrived early as they most likely wont have rooms open. At the time of booking, the pictures of the Coral were misleading as they used the pictures of the other two hotel towers. We booked thinking we were staying at the towers but to our surprise it was not the case. The Coral is not as new but ok as they connect.

Great pool and bar

Rooms were very clean many options for food, retail shopping and entertainment in walking distance. Several pools and a beautiful beach to choose from.

Property is definitely showing it's age. The elevators were rarely working, the shower was either extremely hot or cold, amenities in the room are very basic. The activities for kids at the evening were nearly non-existent and even then were cancelled with no communication or rescheduling or alternate. The pools were dirty at times with no real desire from staff to help clean, the slides rotated closures that were not communicated. Food and Beverage are beyond expensive when converted back to CDN. Overall the trip was good due to the company, weather and beautiful ocean.

The room is nice. The staff *mainly the women workers* are very blunt and rude throughout the entire Atlantis property. At your nice dine in options, the service is PHENOMENAL! Overall great, and very expensive stay! Be prepared to spend $ every day! Min your find is 20 per person for lunch on very small portions. But it’s a vacation, so that doesn’t matter any way, right? Haha!

The Coral resort was the perfect spot for our family. The staff at the Coral were AMAZING! So friendly and incredibly helpful. It is the budget friendly hotel on the Atlantis property, so the rooms are not brand new/updated. But still clean and comfortable! All the restaurants were great, as was the pool. The quick walk to the beach was awesome!

Definitely would stay here again. It’s walking distance to a grocery store, loved the pool and beach but wish the beach had chairs. Great food onsite at Claudio’s and Cocodrillo, the cafe in the lobby area is fabulous as well! We received water bottles at check in which was a joy because we forgot to pack ours. Rooms were clean and cool; we had a great view of the pool area and stingray pool!

The Coral is an older building, but it has a great pool and an excellent location—close to the marina, the beach, and not far from the water park. There’s even a Starbucks right under the building, which makes it very convenient. This is my second time staying at Coral, and I really enjoy it.

Overall it is a beautiful resort with a lot to do. It is starting to show some signs of aging and some updates could be used, especially in the rooms.

The Coral is tired. We had them switch our rooms initially because our balcony looked down upon what we coined the floor of despair. It seemed to be an unoccupied area that was in dire need of Cleaning. Once we switched rooms, our view was incredible. However, every night we would have to call downstairs to have assistance shutting the sliding glass door. I don’t know that the property can have a facelift at this point, perhaps it just needs to be completely rebuilt. That said we had a really relaxing and fun vacation.

Great place! So much to see and do

Everything was great, except internet access! Very poor signal! After we checked out the room, immediately internet was off! We spent 10 days at this expensive resort and they couldn’t keep internet connection until the end of the day?!

Very friendly staff, but the facilities are aged and it is expensive to purchase anything on the resort itself. I'd go back to the Bahamas but I'd look for another place to stay that affords me the ability to see more of the island, the people and the local businesses/restaurants.
