Everything was great. Especially the pool.

Excellent front desk, good room. The only downside is there is only 1 chair in the room.

Exceptional customer service very friendly staff, they make the customer feel like a King (or Queen), Cleaning services very good, Nice breakfast with good assortiment of different fresh fruits daily, Amazing rooftop view. We visited in the winter, can only imagine how Amazing it will be in the summer. Walking distance to public transportation and a huge mall where you can find anything. Lot's of local shops nearby. Definitely recommend!

Staff was friendly and lovely. The facilities were really good and well maintained.

Nice hotel, exept the front of the hotel, don’t look good with the construction bariers.

Not bad. Hotel building was a bit battered looking in some parts but the room was quite nice. The bar was decent. Only issue in my opinion was the location. Quite a bit far from any restaurants or bars and from the tourist sites

Clean rooms, staff friendly, breakfast clean

Staff were very friendly and helpful so can’t fault them However I’m disappointed with the hotel not providing any amenities considering that they rate themselves a 4 star hotel. In a 4 star hotel I would expect dressing gowns/bath robes, slippers and free daily bottles of water. There is no lock for the bathroom door which was appalling and the bathroom door and wall was made of black glass - you could see the shadows and body shape of the person in the bathroom. Hand towels are small Toilet paper made of literally paper - not soft at all and only 1 ply We stayed in a triple room - one of the beds was weak, moved easily and mattress was awfully soft, when i slept on it you could see me sinking almost onto the floor, the bed was very uncomfortable comparing to the other two beds. If I paid the same price as the other two beds then I should get the same bed as them. Very noisy at night at ridiculous hours as we were put at the back of the building. Children playing and screaming. Also other customers staying at the hotel would talk loud and shout in the corridor in the night. Also location is far from everything and is in a rough area We had to get 2 metros or 2 buses daily to get to the attractions. 10 min walk to the metro station, 2 metros with a lot of walking in between, walking all day to see attractions, find a place to eat etc, and 2 metros back then 10 min walk to the hotel was extremely tiring

Airport shuttle was ok, returning to airport i took the Metro, had to make 2 very straightforward changes but journey was quicker and cheaper

Enjoyed my stay, hotel in a nice location, with great facilities, didn't eat there so do not know what the food is like, but the roof terrace and gym were both good.

The room was not clean. There was mold around the bath tub. Dirty baseboards and floors, not only in the room, but also in the hallway. Broken furniture in the room. And the view from the room was awful. I thought I was in the projects.
