Place was clean great air condition. Beds and linen comfortable rooms are well maintained. Street parking was easy

If you are driving to this hotel, you should be aware that the outside looks nothing like you would expect for a Sheraton. We drove past the place and through the parking lot several times because it didn’t look like a hotel. We ultimately had to compare it to the pictures on the Hotels.com site that looked like they were taken about 20 years ago. Inside is better. The air conditioners work moderately but definitely does not cool down like you would like. The shower causes a big mess that you have to block off with towels. Even more than the typical European without a curtain. Overall, I believe the location is much less than I would expect from one that uses the name Sheraton.

A good place to stay for a road trip via Parma

This was a good overall experience.

Perfect place

Room was spotless and reception staff gave a great recommendation for something to eat on Saturday night. The recommendation was close by as well.

The bathroom was not very private (just a glass door where you can look through the hinges) but very clean. The hotel is a long walk from the city center but there was a few options for public transportation. The bruch was very good, with a lot of options and the service was impeccable.

We enjoyed our stay, beds were a bit tough with only 1 pillow per person, but the staff was delightful and we room was clean!

Very basic 80$ rooms. Showers are terrible. Unstable hot water. You can get burnt easily. Very basic. Definitely not worth the price and

The hotel was in a great area and we were close to the city (drivable distance). We had a really good breakfast included in the price and parking! However gym area is a bit bad. Room is a a decent size but, the bed was really uncomfortable with a dent towards the middle, soft too.

Good place, easy to get, few minutes distance from highway and city center, large free parking, great breakfast included, good and large room, clean, polite staff

In few words, the Hotel is not a 4 star level. They should not sell as 4 Star ... International 4 Stars Hotel are much higher level than this one... the room was old, the wall was dirty and scratch from all previous customers luggage's the breakfast was included, but the coffee machine system was a joke... The shower basement was dirty from years of non proper's cleaning. The desk is without any electrical plugs and the near one is on the night table...

It was a bit difficult to find because Google maps sends you to the wrong location. That driveway into the hotel is closed. You have to enter on Via del Popolo. The hotel was very clean. The staff was very confident. Parking was very easy. The breakfast buffet was very good.

Great stop over. Restaurant wasn’t open the day went. But recommend a restaurant nearby. Breakfast was good choice
