Best resort I’ve ever been to 😍

Room very clean, staff friendly and fantastic breakfast. Our Penthouse was very spacious with fantastic views. Reduced a star however as the reason I opted for a Penthouse was to take advantage of the jacuzzi. However, for our entire stay we weren’t able to use it. Handyman attempted to help us on the first night but both the jacuzzi streams and temperature (either cold, luke walm or boiling) made it intolerable. A real shame and a dampener on our holiday as both me and my wife were looking forward to using it. Other than that, would recommend the hotel but be wary if you are also looking to opt for a room with the Jacuzzi (with a considerable premium)

Room and overall hotel cleanliness was excellent! Very friendly and helpful staff. Great food choices and the New Year’s Eve dinner and entertainment was Fantastic!!

Room was HUGE! 186m2 of luxury. Incredibly large complex with amazing views. Staff were top notch. Indian restaurant was fantastic. Only suggestions would be to update the gym facility as that was rather small, also the jacuzzi was partially broken and there should also be a steam room as well as ice room to be on par with other 5 star hotels in Malta (like the Hyatt Regency for example). Breakfast could also be improved. Room facilities was incredible and fully decked out with every utensil you would need.

This hotel was the holiday we needed. Brilliant spa facilities, spacious rooms and the most helpful friendly staff. Breakfast was awesome and the Indian restaurant should not be missed. Not much around this hotel to walk to but we had a car so all good for us.

This was the perfect stay for me. November so it was winter, but winter in Malta is basically a summer in the UK :-) I wanted a quiet stay and it was, still lots of familys and couples but not over flowing. I would imagine summer time would be a different experience. Service, people and the hotel in general i found was excellent. There is a lot of ground to cover when visiting restaurants, beach, breakfast and which tower your room is located in so you may need to cover ground, something to bear in mind.

Stayed here a few times and it never disappoints. Lovely hotel, staff are incredibly helpful and kind. Location is remote so it has the benefit of beautiful surrounding scenery, but it's also well connected for getting around the island by bus. We'll be back!

Everything was perfect, but really really amazing was Henri, all stuff was very helpful, nice just perfect, but Henri was really special 😍.Room was perfect and very clean maybe one little minus-bed was a bit for soft and of course breakfast was super and fresh

The breakfast was excellent which a great variety and with the option to ask for specific items. It also has a separate omlette station and a kids station. The beach and sea view was exceptional - it takes your breath away. The staff provided a high level of service, they were responsive, accomodating, helpful, welcoming - excellent. A big shout out to Ankit, Front of House Manager, Zeeshan who was very helpful, and Elvie who was excellent and is brilliant at customer services! The room was excellent with great facilities, and maybe it could do with some updating, it was still an excellent stay and throughly enjoyed it. There were 3 great restaurants on site that serve great food! The beach is lovely, clean and the sea is clean. The are are 3 outside pools, an inside pool, a jacuzzi, a sauna and a spa - all great. It is a mini deli shop which stocks food, drink, items etc. which are all very useful. I will definitely be back! It was an outstanding stay.

The room was very clean and spacious, cleaning staff Rajab was extremely helpful and friendly.
