This may be one of the best 4* hotels I've ever stayed at. The room is very very well designed - efficient use of space, very good lighting, good toilet/shower, etc. Breakfast room is spare, and there were lots of noisy children there when we stayed. Parking under the hotel. Only downside was that it was a pretty long walk to the center of town. Sparse staffing. But price/performance was excellent.

Well located hotel with plenty of cheap street parking (Free 6pm-10am), if you cant get into the limited hotel parking spots. 10 mins walk ro Stanislas square

Perfect stay; big room, good beds, nice breakfast and easy parking.

AC didnt cool the room so I couldnt sleep at all. After I complained they gave me a fan - not much help.. Finally I paased out around 6 am and my alarm rang at 8 am.. I would have have better off if I spend the night in my car.

Perfect overnight stay with 2 kids. Large rooms. Only point of feedback would be the heat. Mid january and even with the window open it stayed very warm in the room, as well as other area’s of the hotel.

hotel was not up to mark as 4 star , parking was limited and horrible. had a family room but got single beds . even toilet were smelly .

Check in was smooth and fast. The room was comfortable and clean . The kitchen area doesn't have a plug for the kettle, which is awkward as you have to plug the kettle in somewhere else. Not very well thought through. Breakfast was very nice with everything you could want! Underground parking is very useful.

Good location. Big rooms and very clean but the mattress is hard rock, very uncomfortable specially if you are staying for a few days. Taking into account the cost of the rooms. For that reason next time I'll look for another place

Nice hotel located close to the central squares. Like having a bath tub. Breakfast was good. Liked the make your own egg station. All the carpets, lobby, hallways and the room are need of replacement.

I stayed here to visit family. The hotel was clean and comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful. The only thing I would have preferred is a proper cup rather than paper cups.

First visit to Nancy. Hotel was very clean, easy access, parking was good. Room (suite) was spacious. Would have likes access to be able to recharge my car. Walking distance to Place Stanislas but a bit far for elderly people to walk. Staff was very friendly and dynamic. Keep it going!
