The best hotel in Perth for good customer service. Mariah on the front desk so helpful and friendly. You don’t feel scared of approaching them when you need help with anything at the hotel, unlike some other 4 /5 star hotels when you feel like there just not that interested in your stay .

Secure parking available, extremely helpful staff. Great service and amenities.

we stay here multiple times a year and staff are always friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and this time they upgraded us to a suite with a bottle of wine which was lovely as we are regulars. Thank you

Needed a hotel south of Perth and this was a great option easy to get to. Hotel is old but well appointed room we had was large and comfortable used room service for meal which proved good quality quickly delivered

Great location clean room, great staff and shops nearby BUT felt disappointed and thought it was excessive to have to pay $15 per night to park the car and have flowers from the trees in the car park land all over and stick to the bonnet of my car.

Big clean rooms, horrible bed that is so hard and you can feel

We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment, which included 2 bathrooms. Having two bathrooms was excellent. The rooms were quite soundproof, which is fantastic when being so close to the freeway. Hotel decor is a little bit dated, but still very comfortable. Kitchen equipment is very basic. But having a large fridge was appreciated. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Was promised a free bottle of wine on arrival and daily as part of the booking. This wasn’t provided.

The room was furnished beautifully, it was spotlessly clean, staff we great. The food at the Waterwall restaurant was absolutely delicious, would definitely stay there again

Although being a little older and in some ways needing a little love, the staff makes up for the condition of the hotel. The breakfast buffet is excellent and offers plenty of variety.
