The location was great for public transport, Campo Pequeno metro and Entrecampos overground train station. I've enjoyed the swimming pool, but there were no fridge in the room .

The hotel was lovely and clean, rooms were cleaned to a good standard. The only thing missing was no tea or coffee in the room, I did not realise this when I booked. The pool was fabulous with comfortable sunbeds. Staff friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful stay.

Everything was good except for the breakfast, which did not taste very well to me—but of course, this is subjective. For me, the cappuccino was much too sweet, the scrambled eggs tasted watery, and the bacon wasn't real bacon but more like sausage. Hohe Erwartungen, I enjoyed the stay.

Convenient to University of Lisbon and train/metro station. Quiet rooms despite being in the airplane landing zone.

Good, clean basic hotel that made a sensible base for attending conferencing at university within walking distance. It's clean and the bed and room were comfortable. The bathroom, as others have noted, is dated but was clean and serviceable. I was very grateful for aircon. Breakfast was basic but had hot, cold and fruit. Staff were helpful but abrupt. I would have liked a kettle in the room which was absent and it is right by the railway line and on the flightpath, so bring earplugs. There are plenty of restaurants and the Gulbenkian within walking distance and Lisbon old town is an easy metro or bus drive away. All in all a pleasant, convenient stay.

It's a very convenient stay near the metro and train, close to a shopping area.

The pool area was clean and maintained. The bar staff was helpful and friendly in the pool area. The parking is not very accommodating. There’s no in and out parking and we had difficulty using the issued ticket and the parking staff was slow at resolving the issue

Room was very clean, front desk staff were very helpful and even got us checked in early when all we wanted to do was drop off the bags until check in.

The breakfast menu was quite limited but decent enough. The location is really good. The staff is helpful and the property well maintained.

Rooms clean but dated, nothing nearby and bar was empty

The room was spacious and spotless. Air conditioning can be noisy if you’re going to have it on at night but the nights were very cool so I rarely used it! They provided slippers in the room which was nice. In addition, the hotel is close to the airport, metro station and several cafés & restaurants. The only downside in my opinion is that the main entrance is tucked away and you need to cross a parking lot to find it.

The facilities, including the gym and dining options, met all my needs, and the breakfast spread was fresh and satisfying. Staff were proactive and genuinely welcoming, which made the stay feel effortless and enjoyable. Overall, a solid choice for a hassle-free, pleasant getaway.

A little bit far from the city center, kind of secluded nothing really to see or do in the vicinity. Also very hot weather but no pool read the fine print because I did not see that the pool was seasonal at a certain date. I was very disappointed room is tight a little dated people that were very helpful.

You get what you pay for or less. Staff was not helpful at all , they just limited themselves to give you very dry a yes or no answers no input or feedback on them. Do not include breakfast in your reservation, everyday the same thing, no variety and it was no good. The room was outdated, the ac was barely cool; can’t imagine in the summers how bad it would be? The carpet under and around the bed was dirty. Overall I would never make a reservation again at this horrendous place and much less would recommended it to anyone.

Unfortunately the pool was not operational and I wasn’t made aware of that before checking in.
