Amazing room and service

Very friendly staff who give good service. Room was clean and comfortable.

There was a mix-up at check-in where we were given a room that was already occupied. Fortunately they weren't there, even though their stuff was. We were upgraded so all good for us, but I feel bad for the guy whose room we crashed. The food was excellent, but a bit more choice at breakfast, fruit-wise, wouldn't go amiss - all we got was assorted colours of melon! All the staff were super helpful, pleasant and professional. The bar and reception area is a wonderful place to be, great industrial-esque decor and very comfortable seating - not to mention the glorious fireplace! So very cosy. The room we stayed in was beautifully decorated (as was the one we stayed in the previous night on a separate deal). The same cannot, unfortunately, be said about the corridors. Beds were very comfortable, bathroom was excellent. The lights were very confusing and the lack of a fridge was vexing but understandable, given the chain's eco-friendly profile. Norre Park ticked almost every box for what we want from a hotel, and made us love Halmstad even more than we already did. Hope to be back soon!

I only stayed for a single night but it was a very comfortable evening. The food that was served was also of a good standard and is included in the price of the stay along with breakfast.

Elevator does not come down to ground floor. About 8 steps up. Though with luggage and bad knees.

This is a very cosy neighbourhood hotel with lovely friendly service. As well as a great breakfast, the hotel serves a free evening buffet which was absolutely first class. That is a unique touch that makes it a really great value place to stay. The rooms are beginning to look a little dated compared to new hotels, but that is part of this hotel's charm. I felt really at home here.

clean, friendly staff, great food, close to everything

We had such a nice time. Everyone was friendly and we enjoyed the huge dinner buffet and the small snacks in between. We also came back on the way back from Norway.

Everything was excellent with the exception of the spa facility in the evening (it was a bit dirty, the sauna wasn't hot and there were no towels). Otherwise it's a nice building, almost round-o-clock free and good food, and nice staff.

Good location for the town, the riverside walks and the woodland walks. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good buffet breakfast and the light evening meal included in the price of the room was sufficient for us. We were fortunate to be upgraded to a suite. These are a full set of rooms including a sauna. A very enjoyable stay in Halmstad.

Toppenbra hotell, väldigt fina rum, frukost en var perfekt. Middag ingår vilket var uppskattat.

Allt var bra förutom köttet i köttgryta på kvällen var rätt segt....men nu ingick det ju. Soppan var god! Frukost bra!

Det var ett mysigt och fint hotell men hotellentrén luktade blöt hund och toaletten på rummet hade bajsränder (som inte var våra).

Litet minus gör att en sänglampa var ur funktion. Vi saknade ett skohorn på rummet och efterdrågade ett skohorn i receptionen. Vi fick veta att det inte finns skohorn i varje rum. Receptionisten kunde heller inte få fram ett skohorn!

Ingick god middag varje kväll. Otroligt skönt när man ligger ute i jobb om veckorna. Att slippa betala överprisade middagar varje kväll eller gå ut för att leta upp något mer prisvärt på stan.
