Perfect location. Close to puerto madero at 15min walking - to the obelisco 10min walking.

The lobby always smell like cigarettes.

The hotel is in prime location. The breakfast had great choice and hotel rooms are spacious and clean. There is no pricelist for the mini bar in the fridge.

Best thing about hotel was location. Disappointed on arrival booked Executive Room was very small & basic so paid for upgrade which was ok. Breakfast basic poor selection, no egg station! Bar area was like a cafe, slow service. Wouldn’t stay here again.

Room 801 was excellent and spacious . Firm king size bed. Balcony door is locked so the balcony can't be used. Pool was unable to be used due to rain first night we stayed there. Good location. Recommended.

Towels and sheets in the room are very old. Sheet has stains on it. Everything is old and outdated. Staff were not super helpful

Although the hotel was clean and tidy, on our last evening at midnight there was a leak in two places from the ceiling onto the floor and bed, which shorted out the electrics. We went down to reception who asked a maintenance man to call. We were advised nothing could be done that evening as almost 1am. We were asked to leave our room and move to another room, which is what we wanted but no assistance was given, it was pitch black and we packed up by torch from phone, expecting to go back in the morning to check we had everything, however at 830 the next morning housekeeping were in our old room already. No explanation has been given for flood

Room was good, nice and clean. Great shower. Hotel breakfast buffet was excellent.

The staff was amazing! Got us checked in alittle early after a long flight. Restaurant was excellent along with the breakfast. Great walkable location. Would stay here again.

The hotel was very welcoming on our arrival, we were given an upgraded room and welcome drink as part of our Expedia status, we were able to walk around to visit a couple of attractions as they were not far

All of the above . Our first visit to Buenos Aires was made especially fantastic thanks to your amazing staff , from the moment we checked in to the last breakfast we had . The desk staff were so helpful recommending 2 nearby restaurants for dinner for us and the bar/cafe staff were so friendly also . One young man , and I am sorry I cannot remember his name but we had a great conversation about football ( he was a Boca supporter haha ) and the young ladies were a great complement to your hotel . I have a good friend in Vancouver that is a travel agent and we will certainly recommend your hotel to her for any of her clients visiting Argentina 🇦🇷. Thank you again for an amazing holiday .
