Our room was spacious and comfortable with a balcony overlooking the pool and the sea. A delicious buffet breakfast is included with the price featuring an extensive selection of options. We also dined in the hotel restaurant where food was good and there was nightly entertainment. Staff everywhere were friendly and helpful. Yoga on the beach was a highlight.

Great location. Extremely friendly, helpful staff. We heard parking was challenging, the bell men helped guide me into a parking space. Excellent breakfast!

Parking garage was not equipped for a mid size car. Room and location were great. City was busy but easy to navigate other than parking- which sucked. Indigo parking was even worse - I ended up parking on surface lot at el fuerte a couple blocks away . Expensive but worth avoiding sleepless night worrying if I’d escape the garages . Pool and spa area were 10/10 - great and nice to b close to old town .

Everything really good breakfast great. Staff really helpful. We extended our trip and there was no problem only change of room. Super easy to get around beach only a few yards away. Sun beds comfortable and extra area on the beach. Pool cold spa lovely especially if the weather is dull.

This is absolutely a beautiful hotel with an amazing spacious lobby, elegant and with tasteful decor. An amazing pool and sitting area. The location is perfect, safe and convenient to walk to restaurants, shops and other places of interest. The room is spectacular, spacious with refined and stylish decoration making the whole place feel warm and welcoming, is clean and with an amazing view of the ocean. We will highly recommend this amazing hotel to our family and friends. We will be back.

The location was great. The staff were absolutely outstanding! In every hotel aspect: front desk, breakfast room, dining room, beach site, cleaning staff ... in every interaction. The food was terrific: breakfasts were good and more than sufficient, and the dinners we had in the evening were awesome. Hotel was also very clean and well cared for. Parking is a little hectic? lol

We were impressed from the moment we walked in. We were greeted with a glass of champagne, the food was delicious, the ocean view was amazing, and every member of the staff was incredibly pleasant.

Beautiful property on the beach. Clean room, but a little small. Ocean front balcony. Sexy shower with glass walls adjoining the bed space.

The staff was dismissive and patronizing. I was quoted a price for a car service to the airport weeks before we arrived. I tried to schedule it 48 hrs ahead of time and was blown off and told to take a taxi. They said they had no idea what it cost — which was the point of taking a car service with a set price. The day before departure I practically had to beg them to schedule the car service. It took 4 phone calls. The resort is decent but it does not warrant their elite attitude and sub-standard service. I had to request our room be cleaned after waiting 4 hrs. Even the rooftop bar attendant acted like it was an imposition to order a drink. They try to do everything via their website and they don’t provide any of the normal hotel property info in writing. Also the wifi service is lousy. I would not stay there again.

The room and the entire property was very impressive. It is very modern with a chic urban vibe, located directly on the Mediterranean. The staff is wonderful and always nearby to assist. The breakfast buffet was a really impressive surprise and totally worth the cost. Don't miss the rooftop bar. There is also a Michelin star restaurant inside the hotel; however, we did not try it. Enjoy!
