David en la recepción el mejor! supo solucionar cada requerimiento sin demoras y de muy buena manera. La Sra Elena respondió con mucha amabilidad a nuestras necesidades. Definitivamente Ona Campanario nuevamente supera mis expectativas.

We were very happy with the accommodation, we were upgraded to a two bed apartment, the apartment was very clean and having outside space was fantastic, ground floor

The rooms were musty with black mould on the lounge ceiling and bathroom. There was a terrible smell in the bathroom which went after I complained and housekeeping went in. Towels were almost threadbare. We woke up with bites every morning. Staff on reception told me to wash the towels in the washing machine, when I asked when the room would be serviced after 6 days of not having it done. We checked out 2 days early, and paid to go to another hotel. The apartment was old and in need of a deep clean.

My apartment was very spacious with all the aminatues required for the stay.

For the price you got good value. The apartment was large, clean and comfortable. Signs of wear and tear, could do with a facelift. Pools were nice, was still in peak time when we went but pool bar & restaurant was not open even though it said 22nd September was out of season, we arrived on the 10th - it didn’t detract from our holiday but it was an inconvenience. Hotel in a prime spot with everything you need within a 5-20 minute walking distance

Great property to stay for a few days. Pool is great, the apartment is big and spacious.

Wonderful weekend break...nice clean and comfortable. Friendly and professional staff.

We moved rooms due to cockroaches. We have limited mobility but were moved to a top floor apartment where there were still cockroaches. Nowhere to eat or drink on site like suggested. No air con other than dining room. This is not what I thought I was buying the pictures of this property are not what you get!!!!!

Expedia should take this property down. The pictures used in the advertisement IS NOT the property and when questioned they claimed the pictures were used for illustrative purposes. Nowhere to get a cold drink in 37 degrees. Nowhere to eat like suggested in the pictures. Cockroaches everywhere!! We saw three rooms. No air con in bedrooms for 35 degree heat. We couldn’t wait to get home. Ruined our holiday. Only thing to mention that was clean and looked after and quiet was pool area. Pool bar closed obviously!

The room we had was amazing, although I know not all rooms were as modern as ours. Maybe trying to upgrade the others. The room wasn't cleaned or clean towels until we asked at reception on Sunday (we arrived Thursday) Pools were great and not too busy so plenty of beds. Pool didn't open until 11am so no rush either.

Nice place, nice apartment, with lovely large terrace. Lovely pool area, with available sun loungers. Nice staff. Room cleaning 2 times in 10 days, it was ok for us. We highly recommend this place.

The staff on reception were great and helpful, however although the room was very clean, the decor and furniture were very tired. The beds in room 2 were so squeaky that everyones’ sleep was repeatedly disturbed. The outside chairs were all damaged/cracked which so early in the season is disappointing.

Property was nice and comfortable. The pool area was really nice and the kids loved it. Staff were very friendly. Would recommend this as a stay. Bit of a walk to the beach and local Lidl shop, but worth it for the quiet surroundings.

Nice apartments plenty of room and good swimming pool, good restaurant and bar facilities, friendly staff and great value. Will be back!
