Quiet for the most part, very clean and comfy rooms. Great variety for breakfast! The only minor issue was the club party buses that blasted music from the street as they passed by the hotel a few times past midnight on Friday night. Other than that, it was a quiet experience.

Good location and good customer service

Very good location . A little noisy. The curtains don't close properly and light penetrates very early in the morning. The shower stream is weak and unstable. The breakfast is delicious and delicious. The bed is comfortable and the room size is good. The staff is kind.

The hotel didn’t have basic necessities: shampoo, conditioner, iron.

I would like to thank the staff who were able to speak to us in English. We really appreciated this because it made our stay much more relaxed especially as our only three Polish words were good morning, yes and thank you which we used as often as we could!😀

Had window closed to shut out 24hour noise. Room was adequate and staff helpful - don’t forget anything they don’t forward belongings even if you pay postage

Nicely located near the "srodmiescie", easy walk to train station and shopping centre, decent buffet breakfast, good size room. This hotel is located in an extremely noisy part of Warszawa, with noise from cars, trams and police sirens penetrating the hotel rooms throughout the night. If you like to get a good night sleep go somewhere else.

We have had a room with windows to the bussy crossing with trams and a lot of cars through nights.

Very convenient location 2 blocks from Warsaw Central train station with easy rail connection to airport (20 min). Quiet comfortable room and good breakfast buffet.

This property is in an excellent location. The central station is one tram stop away, an there is a train from the airport stopping 1/2 a tram stop away. Great steakhouse located nearby, as well as a British Pub, and the mall behind centraal station with a Popeyes chicken. The rooms are small-medum sized. The breakfast was good, but overpriced. I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location in centre of Warsaw.Old town,Central station and attractions all easily walkable.

It was a pleasnt stay. The highlight is the location. Walking distance to train statio, old town, shopping mall etc. I do not have to tell them to clean my room everyday which is not common nowdays.the breakfast was very good.this was my visit and would stay again.

One star less due to noise from the street. I did get earplugs but i cant wear them sadly.

This was my second stay at this hotel. It's in a great location. Close to public transit, railroad and walking distance to city attractions. Will definitely come back again.
