Excellent from start to finish. Friendly, helpful staff and the room very clean. Meal for 6 people in the bar areas was great value for money and the food delicious. I wont book anywhere else when visiting again.

Staff was nice & helpful when explaining the best places near the hotel. Very knowledgeable & friendly!

We weren't able to park at the garage on-site because it was full, so we had to walk a few blocks to another parking lot, which was a bit of a disappointment. But other than that, everything was great! It's a large hotel with comfortable rooms, and right in the heart of the old town. The breakfast buffet is extensive.

Recently refurbished so condition very good. Excellent cleanliness although bathroom shower was in bathtub, so access difficult for older travellers. Front desk & breakfast staff were outstanding friendly & helpful
