Horrible customer service Room was not ready for occupancy and still assigned to me Hairs in the shower, in toilet area, disgusting!

The staff was very accommodating and the area was walking distance from mainly everything.... Tranfers to and from Albrook mall was very accessible. The breakfast selection was continental however i would have love to try their local dishes but unfortunately it was not catered.

They don't respect the reservation do it through expedia page, just tell me I am sorry but the hotel is overbooked and I'm unable to accomodate you. I was supossed to check in at 3 pm , but I arrived arround 11:00 AM to confirm that I was on the country

Great staff, service, food. The only thing is there was no hand towel and every day, they were changing out towels, even though we did not put them on the floor, so it’s not eco-friendly. They provided fresh cold water in the lobby so we were able to fill our bottles. The rest was amazing!

It was great, Room needed a microwave, otherwise from that it was good.

Very central location, spacious rooms, and excellent service. The pool is large but poorly maintained—there were algae along the edges of the tiles. Other than that, everything else is excellent. Good food at good prices.

Hotel was better than expected. Room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Definitely a good stay an will recommend to anyone.

Excellent location, friendly staff

Some of the rooms are hit or miss. I have booked there 4 times with my family. The rooms sometimes have decent walk-in showers or old rusted recycled tubs. The trend seems to be to avoid the 7th floor and try to book a room on the 6th floor. The breakfast is better than most of the hotels in that area and at that price. The AYCE sushi is a hook to bait you for 2 low-quality rolls and some other finger food. I would not recommend trying the all you can eat sushi. But there are plenty of other good restaurants a short walking distance away. Uber and taxis work efficiently at this hotel and they have a really nice swimming pool.

Close to supermarkets and restaurants. Didnt like the garbage stench after leaving the property.

I arrived later in usual which wasn’t a hinderance however, throughout the night and being extremely tired, there were several issues. One started with the door locking us out. The maintenance man had to come and change the lock mechanism and reprogram it. The second was finding wash clothes which proved to be extremely difficult but I know for a fact that in Panama they use them. We were only given oversized hand towels. The final kicker was the water. The sink water got hot but not the shower water. Two maintenance workers came upstairs on several occasions to assist and it did not help at all. They let the water run to say that it took anywhere between 20-30 minutes for the water to get hot.. HOW!??!? I asked if our room could be changed and was told that I would be charged an additional fee for moving and something that wasn’t my problem. The first manager acted as though I was bothering her when I was just trying to get some sleep because it was 2am in the morning and she stated that I should come back down at 2:30am. Absolutely not! The second manager stated that we were the only ones with the problem which I highly doubt it. There was no sympathy or resolutions. I left the next day at 3:30pm after it even staying in the hotel for a full 24hours. Never AGAIN!!!!

El hotel demasiado viejo y descuidado en algunas cosas, no habia agua caliente en la ducha y tina, si habia agua caliente pero unicamente para lavarse las manos. En general la experiencia regular para que digan que son 4 estrellas deberian de mejorar esas cosas.

The room we stayed in, at the door had a huge space when locked. The key card looked broken like someone tried to break in. The surrounding area of the city had a foul smell. On the plus side, the room was spacious and tv channels were in English

Free parking Room was stinking of mold. Very hard to breathe. Lock on room door was unsafe and easy to break into the room.
