Keep the handicapped clear off ice

Room was big and very clean.

We got to town a bit earlier than expected after a long travel day, the ladies at the front desk allowed us to check in early and get organized and refreshed before heading to my sons evening hockey game. Any staff we encountered were always incredibly friendly and pleasant to deal with.

Great space, clean hotel over all and friendly, helpful staff.

Very clean room.

Apparently they only Clean the room every 3 days . When I went to the Front Desk to get Fresh Towels all they had left were Handtowels. The Breakfast was Horrible I definitely will never Stay at another Super 8. The other thing is I prebooked thru Expedia a week prior and a late check in got me a Smoking room only because that’s all they had left.

The check in was super quick which I appreciate. She spoke super fast though and felt a bit too rushed. When we got to the room, the light over the door was flickering so badly, we couldn't use that light. My only issue was the pool area. We got the room for my daughters birthday so we could swim. The next morning when they went to swim, the pool was cold, the slide was off, and they were asked to leave. Being that the pool opens at 9am, it should be operational for all to use, Please consider changing this so we can continue to use Super 8 for our swimming needs.

Good Breakfast, nice bed and near at the mall.

A decent room for the money paid. A bit of attention wrt maintenance is required, I.e. bathroom door couldn’t fully open as it would hit curved shower rod, Kleenex holder falling out of quartz vanity.

No staff in the office to bring an extra pillow, told us to come get it ourself. Breakfast was a huge disappointment. No yogert, pancakes were cold and saddest looking pancakes ever. Worst was that the website for your hotel shows you have a hot tub. We chose your hotel because of the hot tub and there was no hot tub. Just the pool. The Website should be updated!

Great pool

Clean room, good breakfast options, pleasant front desk staff. The only downside was we could not get a good room temperature. Either too warm or too cool. And there is no hot tub :(

Staff were all friendly and one stood out, Lourdes was very accommodating and very friendly. I appreciate the updates and notifications of what’s expected during the stay. She was informative. Smooth transaction and communication with the company. And to top it all they were really great for birthday surprises. Welcoming and letting you feel at home. Thank you Super8 for your warm welcome birthday gifts surprise. We enjoyed our stay!
