The staff are always friendly and helpful. Breakfast is always a bonus, however, I would like to see increase hours of availability on the weekends. The only negative comment I have was the quality of the mattress in room 234. It was well worn, resulting in a terrible sleep. The mattresses should be inspected regularly to avoid situations like this from happening .

The young lady at the front desk was really nice and friendly. The rooms were a bit dated and in need of renovations. The breakfast was good. Very amble parking for truck and cargo trailer.

Very friendly staff and quick check in. Any staff we met in the hallways were always smiling and quick to say hello. Rooms are a good size and well kept. This is our "go to" hotel in North Bay and we've never had a problem. They do provide breakfast, but we don't eat breakfast, so we haven't checked it out. We always travel with our furry companion and we've always been greeted warmly. Would definitely recommend them. Lots of parking too.

Had a great stay with my fur baby. The bed was very comfortable and a breakfast was included and appreciated. The only negative, if you can call it that, is that it can get noisy if you have heavy walkers or loud guests above you due to the vinyl flooring. Other than that, everything was great. Quick check-in, comfortable bed, spacious room, good shower, quick check-out, and friendly staff.

Nice room, wonderful location. Just know that there is no elevator at this point. It shows under amenities in small prints.

The room was very well kept and the staff extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel inside and out are kept up good. The serve your self breakfast is well stocked and the hot food is delicious.

Everything about this hotel is top notch. I’ve dealt with three different individuals at the front desk and they have all been very good. Highly recommend this place.

The staff was awesome, 1st night had to get staff to quiet the guest next to me , loud banging on walls and doors getting woke up at 11:30 pm by them I was not happy , the breakfast was good and open early, the room was clean and parking seemed adequate, I do believe there were cameras
