The spa was good. The staff are quick to help you with anything. We enjoyed our stay

On arrival I was informed I had been upgraded. My room was very comfortable. The bed was fabulous, great pillows, very supportive which is rare in Spain. The bathroom was spotless which is what matters most but there were some stains on the wall near the desk that looked like all they needed was a magic eraser to clean them up. The wardrobe had plenty of hangers and smelt good, all wood. The staff here are very smiley and will readily chat with you if you engage with them. There's alot to entertain the kids here including a unique outside play area complete with trampolines. Spa which is extra charge is not really a spa. There's a sauna, steam room, hot and cold water feature with stones to walk over and 2 water jets in the small pool for muscle pummeling. This area is in need of an upgrade for sure. The lighting is harsh, not spa like whatsoever. The seats around the pool are not for laying back to zone out and relax. And there isn't much room to walk between chairs and pool edge. Whilst I was gently swimming a mature, Spanish woman spoke to me with a raised voice and when I said I didn't understand she became grumpy and repeated herself as if that would make me understand. Turns out she wanted to switch the water jets off so she could swim unhindered. I felt uncomfortable and certainly not relaxed at that point. The food served is great, very good selection for most tastes. The bar seemed understaffed when I was there. The drinks were fresh and well presented.

The staff were polite, very helpful and professional, welcoming and accommodating. The room was lovely and clean with nice views over the city. The wifi was a bit patchy and slow in the room, it kept disconnecting. The breakfast choice was nice and often replenished.

Booked a deluxe room as we wanted a super king bed room was okay but not worth almost £300. We both agreed that the room smelled Smokey or stale. We were offered an alternative room but as we had unpacked we remained. Breakfast was choice of either continental or cooked so no cereal fruit or pastry with your cooked. Nit good enough for almost £300 a night and a bit mean . You could order additional items such as cereal at full menu price £6 or £7 Service at breakfast was slow and with no starters we waited a long time for cooked food with nothing to eat. No refills of tea or additional toast offered.

We only stayed overnight the hotel was busy but everything was nice and tidy and clean the staff were very attentive. Check in and check out very swift.

Lovely hotel

Noisy slamming of bedroom doors. People bringing buggies into the dining area with so little space already. Children running around the dining area and serving themselves at the food counter - where it clearly asks parents not to allow this. Low grade tv set, lack of tv channel options and poor reception. Very attentive and responsive staff.

Great family friendly hotel. Would definitely recommend! We felt very safe here and brilliant facilities for children of all ages and the staff were amazing too! So friendly and helpful.

What’s a fantastic hotel, food was amazing and we upgraded to all inclusive gold when we arrived and not bed and breakfast and the drinks was all named and I couldn’t fault anything about it. The bar staff was also good made you laugh and never waited to be served enough staff on at all times. Will return with our grandson as hotel is excellent for children. Great location too.

Great hotel which is just a short walk to the main attractions and the beach. Very clean and staff are extremely efficient. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a reasonably priced hotel in the heart of Benidorm

Lovely family hotel

We stayed for 1 night only, we could have done with another night or two to enjoy more of the facilities but it was clean,The staff were very friendly & efficient,Check in was quick and easy,Rooms were ready on arrival,Food was fabulous,We had an enjoyable & comfortable stay,I would definitely recommend this hotel & I would stay again.
