Great hotel in a good location with very helpful staff. Only downside was the lack of air conditioning in the rooms and the food was not too great.

The Heritage is by all rights a 5 star, not a 4 star hotel. The rooms, property, and staff are all top notch! The only issues I encountered are beyond the control of the Heritage -- There are not enough taxis (I travelled to/from The Heritage by train) and if you are planning to use one, for instance, to make rail connections, plan well ahead and reserve a taxi if possible. The other thing that would be nice is if there were more dining options nearby -- But again, this is beyond the control of the Heritage.

Loved the place

Staff are fantastic, food is good, room is comfortable. Only recommendation is to have a proper mini fridge in the room would be so much nicer than the cooler box/fridge thing they have. And also aircon wld be nicer than a noisy fan. Otherwise it’s a fantastic venue

Beautiful hotel, food excellent in both bar & restaurant.. Spa was amazing experience, best spa ever visited...Golf course brilliant & enjoyed the 5k walk around grounds.. Overall, a luvly relaxing weekend..

Really relaxing hotel. Perfect for a break. Check in staff extremely helpful and accommodating as I had booked two nights separately and ensured I was placed in the same room for both nights. I’m a repeat customer ànd hotel consistently has high standards. Always clean, comfortable and staff always helpful.

Could only manage to get a spa appointment for one person unfortunately but she was very impressed.

The pool was freezing and was put off going back the next day I ordered children’s pizza, it was rock hard around the edges, it seemed to be reheated

Everything was excellent; dinner and breakfast were very high quality, room was cozy and comfortable and staff were friendly and professional . Highly recommend

The room was absolutely amazing very clean it had everything we wanted and more. The hotel itself was perfect very modern and the thermal suites was great too.

Check in was excellent, however the room was cold, only a blow heater. Asked at reception for someone to come and look at heat but someone only came with another heater by did not look at the issue

The spa was relaxing and the upgrade to a suite was a much appreciated surprise especially as it was my birthday too.

Beautiful resort

For the star rating of the hotel and the quality of the rooms the shower in the room was of a poor standard. The staff in the bar both in the evening and in the restaurant for breakfast were very disorganised. The bar was very untidy with a lot of empty glasses and plates around the tables, even though it did not seem busy.

Impressive hotel. Check-in was easy and staff at reception very helpful. Bar food was excellent for lunch, very tasty. Evening meal in Blake’s Restaurant was nice but nothing special. Had an after dinner Calypso Coffee and it was served in an ordinary coffee mug which was odd. Lovely walking amenities around the grounds. Rooms really nice with lovely views and very clean.
