I did not get the premium room with two twin beds, that i originally booked. We got another room instead. Orherwise, i would still book there again:100 feet from bolivar metro, safe area, great staff at front desk, good breakfast.

This hotel was wonderful. We enjoyed renting bikes and riding along the river. It was close to great restaurants. We enjoyed shopping the antiques along the river and the Prado museum. The room was comfortable and clean. The nicest thing is that we left for an early flight and they provided us with breakfast bags to take to the airport since we would be gone before the breakfast buffet. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We had some of our favorite meals in Italy in the neighborhood here. Highly recommend for a stay in Milan.

Staff were so friendly & helpful. Breakfast buffet was so much more than we were expecting, the different cakes each morning were delicious.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here! The front desk staff were really great and really helpful. My room was comfortable and just the right size for me. They have a great breakfast selection, and the dining area has a really great ambience. There’s a metro stop mere feet away (blue line), and there’s also a tram about a 5-minute walk away. I would gladly come back and stay here again!

The deluxe room is very nice and clean, the hospitality of all the staff were so nice and friendly.

Honestly loved staying at this hotel, never been to Milan before and didn’t know which area to stay and found this hotel. The area was really nice and had a metro station a few metres from the front. The room was clean and tidy. There was a mini fridge in the room that actually kept drinks cool. The only things that we would have loved in the room is a coffee machine (not essential) as we are big coffee fans and having the option would have been nice and having a safe to store valuables would have been nice as well so we didn’t have to carry those items when we went out exploring. Overall the hotel was great, staff were so friendly and helpful especially the man who were on the desk on the first night we checked in. Overall definitely worth the cost I paid.

Hotel was a nice surprise. Everything looking clean and new. Rooms are small but complete. Good breakfast. Nice location (Metro at 50 m). Rooms have sensors that prevent heat or AC unless window is firmly closed.

we requested two twin beds instead we were given a room with a queen bed. When asked the staff for additional blanket they said the room service staff was already gone (it was 3pm in the afternoon) when asked to change the rooms they said they would change it the next day which they never did.

Air conditioning unit appeared to be locked in off position. Could not turn it on. Room was set to 26°C. Hotel had one small elevator. In the morning you have to wait forever to catch it. It was clean and quiet however.

I had a flight out of Linate and loved that Bolivar station is across the street. More importantly, my favorite pasticceria Fontana & Fontana is nearby. Solari is a neighborhood where people live and work, not a tourist destination. I have friends there and enjoyed this hidden gem with a French name.

The location is easier to travel anywhere

Hotel is conveniently located right by the M4 Bolivar metro station, in a quiet neighborhood. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. Highly recommend!

The property was right next to metro station which was extremely helpful

All great although there were roadworks opposite the hotel and it was a bit noisy. Not their faulth though
