Great for a stopover before long flight

Excellent accommodation with very large room and bathroom (tub & shower)

Got upgraded and the service in Amy’s kitchen was just brilliant

This hotel is perfect for accessing Gatwick Airport. The bed is very comfortable, and the kettle and tea is a very nice touch. Staff are friendly and helpful.

This hotel was convenient for its proximity to the Gatwick Airport. Our room was nice and the bed was very comfortable. The two arm chairs to relax in after a day of travelling were appreciated. I also enjoyed having the kettle and tea selection.

Small pieces of debris (paper/plastic etc.) on the carpet everywhere we walked that were there when we checked in to when we checked out. Also some in the room when we first entered.

The Hilton hotels at the airport are fantastic with the convenience of being connected to the airport is great and no hassle of waiting for any transfers and they are everything you would expect of the Hilton brandv

Friendly and kind

I mean, it's the main hotel for Gatwick Airport so there's not much to say: it's clean, it works, the staff were very nice, there's lots of choice for dining, and you're surrounded by fellow travellers. The rooms feel dated, but I doubt there's much impetus to give such a massive place a facelift if nothing's broken or peeling.

Very accessible to terminal

We were upgraded to the new glass section which was lovely. When we got to the room there was a leak in the bathroom. We went for a meal and by the time we got back the issues had been addressed. The staff were amazing, as the water had to be turned off to let the work dry we were reissued another room and the staff moved our luggage etc for us. An issue promptly and efficiently dealt with. Thank you

Really good hotel for south terminal overnight if leaving from there

My stay was exceptional and lovely. The stuff were nice and very helpful.
