It was great for a romantic get away. The spa,was nice. It is a bit far from the city center, but beautiful hiking trails. The massage was amazing.

Just one overnight on way across country. Hotel was clean, staff friendly. Would have like a relaxing lounge area. Cafeteria food was good, no complaints but not somewhere that you would linger over a few drinks. Didn’t get to use the spa this trip, perhaps next time.

There were issues not wotth mentioning becasue the staff made everyrhing reasonable to rectify or solve them with haste. Excellent breakfast buffet. If you rent a car, this hotel is perfectly situated in Madrid outskirts, but close enough to comute easely. Aranjuez is a charming town with a suprisingly active night life. Highly recommend

Clean room and comfortable sleep . The room wasn’t ready even though we arrived an hour after checkin began. The room was uncomfortably hot although it was 40+ degrees outside. Welcome drink was a nice touch and very welcome !

The hotel had a very quiet atmosphere, at times feeling almost deserted. The property appeared somewhat outdated and could benefit from renovations. On a positive note, the cleaning service was thorough and well-maintained. However, the front desk staff were not particularly friendly or helpful, which impacted the overall guest experience.

Great staff and hotel. Lovely breakfast. Rooms are looking a bit tired and ours was left with another person's shoes upon check-in. Shower screen broken so it leaked continuously.

Parking was easy, quiet place, great breakfast!

Nice pool and breakfast

We chose this hotel due to their spa. I had read that there were charges for the spa but thought that was for massages, etc, not that I order to use the pool and sauna each had to pay E 27 AND reserve a time. Additionally amenities were limited. Felt like being nickel and dimed. Would not recommend although we appreciate the sparkling wine they sent us.

Very good hotel, bed and room were comfortable and clean, the food was excellent and the staff were welcoming and very pleasant, I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Generally good & clean. Would have liked more variety of food to be served in the evening. Adjacent restaurant closed for dinner.

Two of the days there was no hot water. Another two of the days the toilet would not flush. The fridge was very poor.

Overall ok but the hotel and area seem run down

The hotel, staff, room, breakfast, bar, pool were all excellent. The walk to was decidedly care warn, needed tidying and repair to some of the steps. Would stay again.

Unfortunately, this giant hotel is placed in the middle of nowhere with limited dinning and and a very small amount of social interaction. It is probably build in the '80 or maybe '70 and placed into a diserted city... They are keeping it clean but is it very outdated ...
