What a fantastic hotel! Firstly the room! Excellent size, very quiet, complementary mini bar (with beer mineral and sparkling water) the TV was good although it had been installed wonky! (Wall Mountinf Bracket not Square) l. Bathroom was ample size with a nice size shower with good hot water. Breakfast was ok, had worse had better. But i did like the Nespresso Coffee so a massive bonus there. (Oh and you get it in your room to) Location was good. No more than a 10min walk to the bus stop for the 100 Airport Bus. No more than 20mins to the heart of the old city! I really would recommend this hotel.

The hotel front desk lady in the morning of 25-27 Dec was out of here way nice and welcoming. Gave recommendations. Answered questions and said hi to everyone. Noticed my gold status and gave me my drink coupon. The bartender was also nice and informative on drinks. Location was in a great area and close to old town and metro. Wasn’t loud like old town but a good quick walk to digest food. Would stay here again.

Confortable hotel in a good location, near Old Town. Many good restaurants within walking distance. Breakfast buffet was very good with a good selection of food. Staff was very friendly and responsive.

Lovely warm welcome when checking in. Good sized room with all the expected amenities. Complimentary drinks in the room and in the Bar were a nice touch. Excellent location for exploring the Old Town.

The Expedia description says the hotel offers "perks like free WiFi and air conditioning," but the air conditioning was turned off, for the entire building. We could not turn it on and the room was roasting for the entire trip, due to facing the sun. There was nothing management could do about this, or to turn the AC back on. The check-in process also did not feel secure. We arrived early and asked to store our luggage, and they were put in an unlocked room, without anyone manning/checking the tags of who's picking bags up. Anybody could have gone into that unlocked room (from two different sides), gotten our bags, and no one would notice. For the price paid, and this being a 4-star hotel, this was a very disappointing stay. Would not recommend.

Shower not working, charged extra for 3rd guest. Despite that, clean room, spacious, but with a very narrow window to a another building wall.

I booked two rooms for three of us. I confirmed with hotel about this. At check in, Iwas charged for the 3rd guest. When i showed my, concern about the extra payement, the receptionist response was a bit unprofessional (i would say with kind words).One of the rooms, the complementary bottle of water was missing and the sh ower did not have water. Reported to reception, but no apology was given, neither a small gesture for the problem. I assume rooms are checked after every departure , but now i think they did not. Despite these issues, tle toom was clean and the chsmbermaids were very kind (the only ones giving farewell with "hoping see you soon again"
