Was a nice clean hotel Front desk personnel had a bit of attitude

Upscale resort feels almost cruise like atmosphere. Party scene at the beach. It is an expensive stay and a splurge.

We really liked the pool area and beach access and the breakfast buffet was great. I would have given five stars except the rooms are dated and for being a five-star property I expected more. Staff was very good.

In our experience the Bar/ Restaurant and Pool areas are excellent: modern and clean with great staff. The residential property itself is a little tired, chipped baths and stained carpets in our room. Be aware, we booked this hotel because of beach facilities but were unable to access them as I have mobility issues and there are 142 steps down to the beach and beach restaurant with no lift. The hotel was surprised I raised this but the hotel website is not clear on this point. As the hotel is located away from the City it runs a timetabled coach to the city of Split which is useful and saves a fortune on local taxis- use Uber!!

Beautiful resort with a lovely pool and fantastic breakfast buffet. Our room was a little tired and not the best layout. The beds were really comfortable. We paid extra for an ocean view but it was a bit noisy with music from the bar area. We enjoyed our stay overall.

We had such a lovely stay and would highly recommend! The hotel was clean, had ample food options, and our view of the pool and ocean was fantastic. Beds were extremely comfortable. We so appreciated the hotel going above and beyond to make our honeymoon so special with thoughtful gifts upon our arrival! The included breakfast was probably the best we’ve had at a hotel. Huge selection including a staff member to make omelettes and crepes. We learned that the hotel does now not offer the buffet dinner that was advertised, but there are two other restaurants on site. The hotel was approx 40 mins from the airport with traffic. The hotel isn’t exactly situated on the ocean; however, we had access to the beach club as a hotel guest which was equipped with towels and lounge chairs. The spa was also fantastic. We loved our time here!

Thanks for a fun stay. The room need updating. Carpet was stained and faded. Bathroom needs better cleaning.

Excellent hotel with fantastic facilities and wonderful breakfast.

Hotel is very good. Breakfast was good but the evening buffet was not despite being the most expensive dinner for our enture stay. Its been commented on by many others but the abandoned partially built hotel is a blot on the landscape and needs to be finished or knocked down

It was a nice property and we enjoyed the spa. I don’t think the rooms were anything special. The staff were very nice. I would give this report 4 stars.

Housekeeping appalling, only made bed and changed towels. Did not empty bins, vaccum and clean up used coffee cups or replenish. Food in the Mint Bar was well overcooked and inedible. Carpets are filthy and you expect better when paying £260 a night and the hotel is very expensive to purchase drinks and food. The Triton restaurant which is not part of the hotel was fabulous

Love hotel and restaurants. When sitting outside for dinner the building right next-door is coming in graffiti. It’s also graffiti all over the buildings around the hotel. It’s a shame cause it is a beautiful place.

Location and property are lovely. Service is poor. Room cleaning haphazard; floors not cleaned, towels removed and not replaced, items in the coffee tray not replaced for 1st 3 days and I ended up having to ask to replace them and clean the coffee machine. Check in staff promised early check in but when we went back to desk, we were told no it would be normal check in time, which is fair enough but why not say that from the start. High demand for the shuttle bus but not thought to put on an extra service.

We stayed for 8 nights, and had to call for housekeeping to clear the room on 4 separate days. Also there was a sock left in the room which didn’t get picked up for 7 nights, also food under the sofa, and the worktops were sticky. My wife and I pride ourselves on cleanliness and after coming back from a day out we expect to come back to a clean room, other than that the hotel was very accommodating to us and our requests. The handwash and hand lotion was not checked or replaced.

Beautiful hotel, good location. This hotel has everything a person could possibly want on a vacation

I stayed at the Radisson Blu for 7 days, on arrival the check-in was fast, the front desk girl was very helpul, communicative & even made us a reservation for the hotel restaurant. Once in our room, i noticed the bathroom had hairs on the wall, the carpet was stained, the nightstands were old & dingy. I was expecting a lot more for this resort. The mattress was comfy, but some of our towels had holes in them. However, the reason why I chose this hotel was for the beach access. Once you go down to the beach & the beach club, its stunning! Beautiful pebbled beach, clean, it goes on for miles. The non resort side of the beach is also beautiful, theres a beach bar which is more economical than the club. In walking distance you'll find a small supermarket, you can buy drinks & snacks if you want to save money. The breakfast buffet was also a hit. Great food & selection, attentive staff and manager. The rooms definitely need a face lift, the surrounding area is mostly houses & apartment buildings. We took an Uber everyday to downtown, they came relatively fast, approx. 7-10 euros one way. We had an amazing week in Croatia, I would stay at the Radisson again if it were remodeled.

Fantastic hotel in a great location. Perfect for people who want to visit Split and surrounding area. Not so great is you picked it for the beach/pool. The pool is small for the size of the hotel so all spots are taken by 9am. It’s also very crowded. The beach club has the same problem and it’s also open to day guests so all spots are reserved well in advance. There are some guest spots but they’re booked in advance. If you’re staying here then book these before you get there. Restaurant food was average - go to Split. Great food there and the hotel has a free shuttle. Might be better in less busy months. Hotel itself and the staff are very good.
