The staff are very helpful, and the lobby is comfortable. It is good to have an around the clock hot drinks self-service bar. The room was clean, and the shower is nice and strong. Yet, some rooms on the lower floors are dark: they look into the interior of the building, where light is limited. Standard rooms are also small, and strangely designed: no side tables by the bed, instead a shelf slightly above the floor level that cannot be used while one lies in bed: you would have to drop down your glasses, phone, or book.

Great hotel close to the core of Athens in a good neighborhood. Staff was great! They arranged pickup for us at the cruise port and transport to the airport when we left. As well they booked tours for us with a great tour company. Always there to help and with a greeting every time we entered or existed. A special bonus is that they put out all day snacks and drinks at no charge! This was a nice treat after a long day of checking out Athens or a coffee, tea and snack in the evening. Only thing to be aware of is a lack of multiple outlets/ports for charging all of our multiple technology devices. Bring an adapter that can handle a few devices at a time. Room came with slippers, robes, hair dryer, safe and lots of closet space and drawers for the longer stays. Easy walk to great restaurants, transit, hop on, hop off buses and attractions. Great place if you are traveling to this amazing city.

Great hotel

Second stay at Periscope amazing again. The team work so hard in making your stay the best it can be. The rooms are quiet, spacious and clean and the bed is comfy. Snacks and drinks for free in the lounge area what more could you ask for?

Fantastic accommodations just at the base of the Lycabettus Hill. Hotel has a unique feature with F and B in that like but scrumptious snacks are included with your stay as well as non alcoholic beverages. Certainly a boutique hotel I wouldnt hesitate to stay there again

Great location

Periscope hotel is in a great location and the staff is incredible. Gigi, a member of their office team went out of her way to accommodate us. We arrived late and she took care of ordering our dinner, getting us wine, and making sure our room was comfortable. I would stay at the Periscope Hotel again.

Enjoyed the snacks in the lounge area and the people at the front desk were very helpful. Location is also great—so many great restaurants nearby.

This property is outstanding. The location of the Periscope in the Kolonaki section of Athens provided access to restaurants, shopping, and museums. The hotel is on a quiet street in a bustling neighborhood. The hotel and rooms are modern chic and clean. Staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. An excellent breakfast is available with complimentary snacks and beverages provided throughout the day. The Periscope is a top choice in Athens.

En milo was perfect from pick-up to check in through the entire stay. The service was amazing, the rooms were beautiful and the area was absolutely stunning!

I would highly recommend the Periscope for anyone visiting Athens. The staff at the hotel were extremely professional, friendly, and helpful. The room was clean, comfortable, and very well maintained.

Loved the hotel, great room, great shower. Yummy free breakfast and 24-hour snacks. A little bit removed from the popular sites of Athens, but worth the extra walking!
