Yes, it was a nice room, well appointed. It would have been nice to have a small coffee maker, but with a 24/7 coffee room, it's understandable. I would stay again.

Room was small would be nice to have room size when selecting room. Also no dresser to put cloths when staying more than one night. Room was clean staff was great always making sure we had everything. Nice big screen tv. Free breakfast was average.

I was double charged for the room. I paid in full through Expedia and used Expedia points for partial payment. The hotel then charged my credit card for $308 again when I got there but I told them I already paid. Then I had to put a $100 deposit which looks like it was reversed.

The room was simple but clean. Staff were very polite.

The hotel was clean, and the staff were friendly, but the newly renovated room still needed work. The toilet paper holder was spinning on the wall so the toilet paper kept falling off, there were open screw holes in the tub area, the vinyl flooring was shifting a bit. I think these are minor items that just need to be fixed for maintenance.

The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. I particularly loved the bed comfort and the walk in shower. Breakfast was more than adequate.

Great hotel!

Although we live in Brockville, we had a house full of family so we decided to spend the night at The Spark, two minutes away from our home. The check in was easy and quick. The room was nice. The vinyl flooring was a bit chilly on the feet, but other than that everything was great. Check out was very quick and Kurtis was very friendly.

Small room but adequate for a short stay. Clean, good water pressure and pleasant receptionist on arrival.
