All was good for a value hotel that was just a quick stop on our vacation. The dryer did not dry our clothes very well though. The staff was very friendly and we would recommend this hotel to others because of that.

You can’t go wrong with a Beat Western really. This location was very clearly cared for and well kept. Very clean throughout and good quality bed. The full hot breakfast was great.

There is only one good quality about this Inn - its the breakfast. Everything else is rude, old and tired. The front desk guy is the most unwelcoming person in Richfield. The sheets and towels are old and the rooms could use a refresh. In our drive across the country - this was by far the worst hotel.

The experience was amazing quiet place

We had a traveler who needed a first floor room or access to an elevator. I forgot to include it with my reservation. When we got there, we had a 2nd floor room with no elevator. I was going to have to make reservations elsewhere and not use my (non-refundable) reservation there. The staff was able to contact another room and upgrade them in order to give us the first floor room. I was very grateful to him for his quick thinking and kindness.

This hotel was OK. The bed wasn’t a Queen. The pillows were horrible and towels very rough but room was clean. We stop to have food within walking. The only thing was Subway and Arby’s. Subway was horrible and the girls that worked there did not know what they were doing.

Checked into this hotel around three, probably and everything went alright. The guy at the desk made a remark about being “afraid” of black people. The room I stayed in was on the ground floor, it was clean enough, the sheet on top of the bed was tattered at the edges but there were no signs of bed bugs. It was mostly quiet aside from someone in the room across the hall slamming their door at all hours. Breakfast looked fine, I didn’t feel like eating that morning. You have to eat in the dining room which I dislike, and I wasn’t able to leave my dog unattended anyway. Overall if you’re just really needing a place to stay, this one is okay. It’s clean.

Our room had sticky counters and the corners of the bathroom were disgusting. The staff was rude. I will not stay here again.
