Breakfast was good, pizza was good, staff were great, but, My car was trashed by pigeons after I parked under one of the many trees, it took me an hour to clean it all off before and after my travels. the room was tiny you couldn't walk past the end of the bed to draw the curtains as it was only just shy or the wall and the TV was in the way. Also the bed was not a double it was 4 foot, it is a good job I was on my own and not with my partner.

We arrived after an overnight flight and we were exhausted. Nicoleta could not have been more welcoming and helpful! She got us settled and answered all our questions, even some we hadn’t thought of. Would absolutely recommend this hotel, it was fabulous, and you’ll be in great hands with Nicoleta.

Air con didn’t work so room cold I did get a radiator which helped other than that it was suffice

A soulless hotel, a cold room at the bottom of the corridor with a freezing cold draft coming under the doorway where I had to use towels to stop the draught. Breakfast - scrambled egg overcooked or should I microwaved. Just very poor for the price of a room. Only positive friendly staff.

Limited menu on breakfast a lot of the ingredients weren't available and was gonna be charged extra for things that should be just given anyway. Service was bad.

Another lovely stay at this hotel,all the staff are friendly and approachable.

The only thing that i was displeased with that there was no fridge in the room i booked a privilege room specifically for this.

Staff were super friendly and helpful. Rooms were very spacious, grounds were lovely. We stayed after shopping at lakeside and the night before visiting the Excel so convenient. Would highly recommend.
