Nice stay

A lot of noise both from outside and from the hallways, especially at night

I requested room cleaning the made the bed. Left trash on the dresser. The only pour something in the toilet no real cleaning. The front staff not very help and language issues. There were plenty nearby shop. No car to park

good for a short layover stay. facility is older but provided clean towels, clean room and bed. wifi was not reliable.

Place is good for a short time stay. Room service was good

It was okay but I think each room need a office fridge small fridge that will make it more comfortable that's all need

Good security with nice Parking space, the hotel is located some minuyes from the shooping Malls, subway station, Balboa Avenue, Cinta Costera, Old city and many more. The bad part was cockroaches, AC with mold, Staff in charge of cleaning the pool was arrogant and demanding we had to get out of the area, althow we explain our intention was to only take pictures.

Cumplió lo justo y necesario, aunque no contaba con el control del aire acondicionado y el control de la tv estaba dañado. Una habitación libre de plagas, era lo que más preocupaba al elegir un hospedaje.

Hotel is in excellent proximity to Santo Tomas Hospital & several supermarkets. Not much for dining options close to the hotel, but the small restaurant, in the hotel was acceptable, for a short stay.

The pool did not ipen until 10:00 AM

En relación precio-calidad está aceptable solo que el cuarto estaba sucio y con un olor un poco desagradable

Nice people at reception. The room was as advertised. The pool was very well kept and clean.

For the price not bad

There were tiny ants crawling on the walls and tables and in the bathroom. I killed two roaches. One was in the bed. I have pictures. The good thing about the location is that it is close to Metro.
