Very good located property. Most of the staff was beyond excellence, you can walk to many places including awesome restaurants and shopping. The mocambo beach is walkable from the hotel and the airport is just a 15 min drive. The hotel amenities are convenient including their restaurant. Only reason i dont give this hotel a 5 star review is nothing major, its just that we were told that the airport is not open before 4 30 am which is not accurate at all we are glad we didnt follow this one staff member (kind of rude customer service) advise.

Wonderful in all areas except no air conditioning in the unbearably hot suite.

This is one of the best hotels in all of Veracruz. The staff is excellent. The shopping and dining is all around. The beach club is great. This is the only hotel that truly has it all.

The property do not offer VIP such as an up grade room even if they got it available I book 3 rooms and request a room with 2 beds the employee at front desk told me I want 2 beds the cost was additional $25.00 per night I told him I asked for the same issue at Mexico City hotel of the same chain and they gave it to me without any problems they told me happy to help you Mr Malagon as Expedia VIP member we are happy to help you. Very different treatment at Galería Plaza Veracruz, the manager who was listening said sorry to interrupt the customer is right we will give you the room with 2 beds at no additional charge because you are VIP customer at Expedia

Best place to stay for shopping and walking everywhere. Bathroom sink had a funny smell maybe for the high tide

We arrived at the hotel which is inside of a mall. Very convenient and close to various eateries. Next to the World Trade Center. Definitely worth the price! Very nice staff
