Nice clean hotel. Not much around the area though

The room we stayed in offer a good city view, the receptionist were helpful and the train line which connects you to the city is only a 5 min walk from the hotel. I would be back here again!

The rooms were too hot. Tgere was no working air condition in the room. Door locks were not working and we had to request help from the front desk to enter the room. They tried to give us another room but still no different. Bad experience all together!

The ABSOLUTELY WORST RADDISON BLU I HAVE STAYED AT!!! I am a rewards member and have stayed at several other locations. first, the staff WAS AMAZING! They tried there best to help but over all the facilities is terrible. In my first room, The tv did not work, The heat in my room did not work so they switch my room in the middle of the night. Moved to a second room, the heat did not work, the heated floors in bath room did not work and the tv did not work. The sauna sign says open at 6am did not open until 7am. Was suppose to stay the entire weekend from Friday till Sunday. After one night I checked out and will NEVER stay at the RADDISON BLU in Frankfurt. As a LOYAL reward member I was not offered any kind of upgrade for all the broken items in room for the inconvenience. Hopefully this location upgrade and fix its faulty building.

Very good

The room itself was fantastic. However the water has a major temperature change problem. I literally had my hand burnt while shaving because the hot suddenly went to scalding hot (my hand was bright red for an hour). This same problem continued in the shower, had to take a cold shower so that it would go warm instead of burning when it would change. Not sure if this hotel uses a pressure regulator or not, but something is broken. Then, room service food options is dismal. If your hungry for a regular meal for lunch or dinner, forget it. The food menu is terribly tiny and not actually dinner food (not even sandwiches are offered). All other aspects, the hotel was great. Use uber eats if you want to order food to your room.

We stayed at the Radisson as the last stop in a multi week holiday in Europe. The experience was all you can expect from the brand and then some... Awesome service, beds and furniture were super comfy, the look and feel of the hotel is very sharp and clean yet welcoming at the same time. Overall experience was great, we're glad we picked this as our last stop. Can't wait to come back next year!

Dirty hotel ever saw , Unprofessional staff to handle the problem and rude staff members at night shift on 09/28/24 around 1:45.

Nice on site parking. Breakfast was clean and fresh. Employees spoke English.

Great stay. Ask for Wakily! She is very helpful.

Substandard

Room wasn't ready until around 1830 despite numerous people checking in after us. Parking was relatively expensive considering it's within the hotel. Rooms were of a good standard, overall 6/10.
