Fabulous hotel with well decorated, spacious and comfortable rooms. Lovely courtyard. To get to Pamplona you need to take a take a taxi which cost us 14€. A lovely two night stay and recommend.

Great service

We booked a double room but were given a two bed apartment. Sound good but it felt like managers staff accommodation as the stairs up were marked very badly, like it was a service area. Sorry, we have stayed before but this did put us off. My advise, paint the stairs, put a sign on the access door with the room number on it and spend some time deep cleaning the bath and stairs

Lovely hotel , very nice staff , big rooms and huge beds , nice cold air con and big bathroom etc . Kettle or core machine in rooms too . Nice meal in restaurant and drinks reasobaly priced . Second visit and back again in November

We were initially impressed by overall look of the property, the atmosphere was inviting and it was impeccably decorated. On closer look we noticed areas in need of improvement, starting with bathroom and stained ceilings in our room. The staff was not very welcoming to non-spanish speaking guests. The breakfast buffet was definitely overpriced for the selection offered. I was also woken up early by people speaking loudly outside our second story window and noise from the nearby busy road. Did not use spa services, none of this was offered or explained when checking in.

This is my third visit to the hotel, always great attention and the staff very courteous and friendly. Breakfast had everything you would want to eat, and the dinner and lunch menu to ruval any high end restaurant. Highly recommended

I stayed here for the San Fermin festival and I stayed for 12 days in this hotel. What truly stood out was the service. Every staff member I encountered—from the front desk to the restaurant—was courteous and eager to help. They even went out of their way to accommodate a last-minute request I had with no hassle. This was one of the most comfortable and enjoyable hotel stays I’ve had. I highly recommend el toro hotel to anyone looking for quality, comfort, and exceptional service. They even provide free shuttle service during the festival. I would suggest they change the menu for breakfast buffet in the morning but other than that everything was amazing 😊

Everything was going well

A very enjoyable stay as always, apart from the fact that there was a wedding reception going on and the music was a bit loud, We do find the charge for having a dog is excessive as most hotels charge half the price, I raised this point at the hotel and was told that if a pet has stayed in a room it has to be cleaned extra thoroughly but as the rooms are not carpeted I think that a much lesser charge would cover that and the other reason that I was given, was the price reflected the fact that they provide a dog cushion, a couple of little biscuits and a couple of doggy bowls which is irrelevant for anyone who travels with a large dog as the cushions are for very small dogs. my dog does not eat any food with artificial colouring or preservatives and as we are travelling we carry our own stainless steel doggy bowls, but apart from this , as I said at the beginning, an enjoyable stay with well deserved tribute to the very friendly reception staff.
