The hotel is beautiful, very clean and the staff friendly. Bed was super comfortable. The shower was amazing. The treadmills in the gym could use an upgrade.

$350 a night but no free breakfast? On our honeymoon so we ordered breakfast in bed for a ridiculous price and had a molded strawberry. Reported it and fruit was replaced. But i still love the hotel and surrounding areas. Just go elsewhere for food.

Beautiful

The staff were excellent. While we had one issue with housekeeping we were instantly compensated. The main desk staff went above and beyond to help with luggage to our room and helping me go in and out in a rain storm!

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Parking was a little bit inconvenient.

Me and my daughters recently stayed 1 night to explore the Winchester area. We loved how close it was to the walking mall with all the shops and dining options. The girls really enjoyed the pool and hot tub - such a unique pool! The beds were super comfy, room very clean, staff very friendly. We had an issue with our TV, but someone was up right away to fix it. The restaurant on premises was perfect for a late night pizza and we enjoyed breakfast there as well. The wait staff was super nice and attentive! We would recommend others to this hotel and will definitely stay again if in the area!

I really enjoyed the stay here. This is an old school hotel. Very well kept and the staff are amazing, so friendly and helpful.

Beautiful hotel, super easy check in, restaurant on the property is Unos Pizzeria, just one block away is Old Town and we had an enjoyable evening strolling that area after dinner. We’ve already booked another stay for ‘our stop on the way home.’
