Very high level of cleanliness.pleasant staff.Good variety of fresh food in dinning area. Good ondoor pool, sauna and gym.was given an extremely small unsuitable room. But happy was given a different room the next day.

The reception could not be bettered and continued in a friendly nature throughout my stay. My room was always spotless and the staff very helpful. It was my first stay in a Gruphotel and I was a bit surprised by the lack of welcome pack ( water/glasses/information about the area/bathroom bits etc etc). But now I know what to expect. I appreciated the fridge and the balcony was excellent.

The hotel is in a great location, near to shops, local amenities and restaurants and only a 10 min walk to the extensive beach of Can Picafort. The hotel staff are all friendly and nothing is too much trouble. The 3 amigos who run the outside pool bar are amazing and a credit to the hotel, always friendly, smiling and welcoming

Very clean and tidy, good service and good location

Grupotel Montecarlo is really convenient for the beach and all the restaurants/ bars nearby, whilst remaining quiet and chilled. I was surprised to have a top floor room with a huge balcony that had amazing views towards the ocean and mountains. The hotel caters mainly to German tourists, but I had no issues. The pool is really nice and everything was cleaned daily. My only gripe is that I couldn't find anywhere to refill my water bottle - but water on the island doesn't seem drinkable.

Siempre repetimos, el personal nos encanta y por eso volvemos. Muy buena actitud, las bebidas del todo incluido son básicas pero muy bien hechas gracias a Pepe y Simón. La recepción ágil, la cocina sencilla pero con lo necesario y calidad. Ambiente tranquilo para pasar un buen tiempo de relax. Felicitación al equipo del Montecarlo. Seguiremos viniendo.

Cómo siempre da gusto hospedarte en este hotel, los empleados súper amables. Las vistas increíbles, hotel limpio y muy organizado. Tranquilidad total.

La estancia fantástica, hotel muy tranquilo y limpio, habitaciones justas y modernas. Spa genial, muy completo, estaría bien mantener citas porque hay horarios de mucho movimiento y te encuentras haciendo cola por el sauna. Este verano visite 4 grupotel distintos, y este está en el puesto 1 sin duda, buenas bebidas en el todo incluido, bien elaboradlas, comida espectacular, poca variedad pero calidad supera las 4 estrellas. Pero lo mejor de la cadena grupotel es sin duda el personal, todos amables con la mejor predisposición. Deberían abrir en invierno también, los visitaría sin dudarlo.

We stayed here in mid-June on a late booking. Although the hotel is not new, it was clean and very well maintained. We found the buffet breakfast above average and the buffet dinner varied and very good quality. All of the staff from reception staff to cleaning were welcoming and friendly. The only downside was that the number of dining room staff were thin on the ground and rushed off their feet, making some service slightly slow at times, however still friendly and courteous.

Good points: - close to shops, restaurants & short walk to beach - nice bathroom - balcony Bad points: - breakfast & dinner does NOT cater for British. Very poor selection of foods that we could eat esp for dinner. Only ate dinner 1 out of our 7 nights - very firm uncomfortable bed so didn't sleep well during our stay - lifeguard at pool strange. Walked around smiling & looked at everyone up and down. Also wouldnt let people jump in even though pool is deep enough. - ants all over our room floor - no ice machine - no tea/coffee making facilities in room On the plus side the beautiful weather made our holiday! Just wouldnt recommend this hotel

Arrived late afternoon to what appeared at first site to be a "run of the mill" hotel. To our surprise this was nothing of the sort. The evening meal and breakfast was, for a buffet, excellent. No shortage of choice and a varied menu each evening. Reception staff were very welcoming, hotel was spotlessly clean with room service every day. The pool and outside bar area were very welcoming and the gardens with their canopied beds provided the height of relaxation. This hotel provided the most relaxing 5 days my wife and I have had in many a year.

A nice, friendly hotel with great staff. Decent sized pool that never got overcrowded. Good location. Would be happy to stay there again. There weren't many children staying at the hotel which was a plus point for us.

Alles war einwandfrei, bis auf die Teller im Speisesaal – diese waren auf der Unterseite leider immer verschmutzt und sollten künftig besser kontrolliert werden.

Turisthotel i en badeby. Superfine værelser, sødt personale, fin rengøring. Vi spise ikke på hotellet.

Sehr freundliches Personal, gutes Essen, schöner Ausblick. Sehr unkompliziert.

Literie médiocre ,prestations pas à la hauteur d’un 4 étoiles ( pas de peignoirs dans les chambres,pas de kit de toilette, pas de kit de thé ou de café ,et pour l’espace spa, il est un peu vieux ,certaines buses de massages ne fonctionnent pas et le hammam n’est pas au top non plus , l’accès du spa est autorisé aux mineurs ,c’est très bruyant.

Tres confortable/ personnel tres agreable je n ai passe qu 1 nuit.
