Awful, no A/C, dirty carpet and kind of old

Walking distance from shopping areas and transportation

The hotel is quite old and looks like it hasn’t been refurbished in a while. The cleaning of my room was not done properly as I found hairs in one of the pillows and in the bathroom. I would not come back.

Fiesta Inn Ecatepec is the best hotel in the areas. Great location inside the luxury mall “Centro Las Américas” that offers guests shopping and dining options. Staff is ultra friendly and professional. Their command of English is excellent and they are ready to help, offering tips and advise only locals could give. Property has a great restaurant, plenty of parking space (open air) and rooms are super clean and well-kept. Special thanks to Liz. She made sure room was in top shape, changing linen and towels, and also making sure my daily bottle of drinking water was in the room. Spacious, quiet and with views of the area. Elevators, gym, swimming pool and all other amenities super clean and well-mantained

Nice hotel, bad neiborhood

Instalaciones limpias con lo necessrio. Solicote room service y nunca llego. Excelente ubicacion dentro de centro comercial. Estacionamiento sin servir las plumillas ( sin control de salida de vehiculos). Perdonal amable.

The bar service was bad, be careful when you try to buy there, they lie

decent hotel, Clean room. Super comfortable bed. The location is remote next to an old shopping mall which was completely closed at the time. The room was over the bar/restaurant downstairs and they had loud band playing until midnight. The price per night was pretty rich considering where it was.

I stay in room 123 on Wednesday 23 august 2024 was so noise the music from the restaurant cant sleep was the point to stay in the hotel was not able to sleep and rest I call Room services don't do nothing

Mi principal problema con este hotel es que no hay agua caliente en la ducha. Es frustrante no poder ducharse bien sin morir congelado. Hablé con el personal varias veces y no pudieron solucionarlo y dijeron que es igual en todas las habitaciones. El servicio de habitación y la comida son muy buenos, y habría dado 5 estrellas si no fuera por el problema con el agua.
