It was a normal room, a bit old but otherwise good price for what it was! I would stay here again!

The room was tiny, dirty and stuffy with no AC to help regulate the temperature. We had to pay extra for a bed that I would have assumed came with the room as I booked it for three people. Staff were often not around at the front desk to help, because they were short staffed. Machines in the games room, stopped working (although a discount was offered when this happened). Breakfast was okay. But the restaurant was overpriced and poor quality. We ordered Patas Braves and got and burnt plate of sweet potato fries. The sauna and gym were appalling. The sauna basically didn't work or couldn't get up to temperature and all the games (tennis, bowling) cost extra. Finally we didn't have a car which I now know was a mistake. Not the hotel's fault, but travel to Zutphen was terrible and confusing, with two buses an hour that go away from the hotel.

Perfect for a quiets night sleep as the average age of residents are well into their 70s. Our room was tired and dated with marks on the walls and dust everywhere. Hotel looks like it hasn’t been remodelled since it’s original build. Situated on an industrial estate and near a petrol station, it’s very convenient if you wish to buy a car during your stay.

Very average hotel. Not 4 star. Great for older people who want to play sport. Very dated. Its clean and was ok for what we needed it for.

Excellent helpful staff with good English

Good hotel with plenty to do to stay healthy. I personally only use the pool but was available at the times I needed it. I stayed here for work as my usual hotel was not available. I enjoyed the food and the facilities so I will be returning

Hotel is more a sport centre with tennis,squash,pool,bowling.Rooms are bit small but ok.No balcony.Staff is friendly and it is quiet at night. Dinner and breakfast are good.Hotel is located in industrial area you cannot walk to centre.

I only needed a place to sleep and a place to eat if I wanted it and this was great in both areas. Clean, safe and easy it made my work all the better.

Overall nice room although a bit small (executive room), clean and comfortable bed.

Prima hotel, gedateerd wel. Goed bereikbaar. De kamer was 's nachts wel benauwd. Kon hierdoor niet goed slapen. Het was die dagen ook boven de 25°C, begin mei, maar toch. Raam open hielp nauwelijks met een hor erin.

Ganz nett, Zimmer war an manchen Stellen schon deutlich verlebt. Kontakt zu Mitarbeitern war nur kurz an der Rezeption, war in Ordnung. Würde wieder dort buchen.

Das Hotel war sauber und hatte sogar ein extra Bett abeer die Wasserleitung war verstopft. Man konmte nicht mal das WC anständig benutzen.(Ich hatte 3 Kinder). Anfangs interessierte es dem Personal an der Rezeption nicht bis ich mich beschwerrte. Erst dann begann man nach Lösungen zu suchen. Man wollte das ich in dem selben Zimmer schlief aber die Toilette in einem anderen Zimmee benutzen soll. Null überdacht worden. Null Comfort Plus. Kann doch sicher nicht am Abend jedes mal mit jedem Kind mit zur Toilette zu einem komplett anderem Zimmer, weil sind lauter Fremde im Hotel. Erst als ich Cash Back verlangt habe weil das ganz bestimmt nicht das Comfort Plus ist wofür ich bezahlt habe hat man mir jemanden geschickt der es repariert hat. Die einte eher kleinere Frau mit schwarzen Haaren an der Rezeption war die einzige die es einigermassen unser Anliegen interessiert hatte. Aber an sich schöne Location hat einfach nicht viel Auswahl an Läden in der Nähe und zu Amsterdam Rotherdam Den Haag braucht es jedes Mal eine Weile. Das Extra Bett war auch bequem und uns wurde eine extra Decke bereit gestellt. Ausser unser Zwischenfall war es ganz in Ordnung. Wäre nur schön gewesen hätte man beachtet das ich mit Kinder am reisen bin und wir eine riesige Fahrt hinter uns hatten. Trotz allem noch diskutieren mussten und es kaum Beachtung gab.

sehr sehr schrecklich unsauber sehr schmutzig badezimmer waschbecken das war einfach katastrophe nie so was habe ich erlebt ,und nie wieder hat den hotel nicht mal ein stern verdient,habe für zwei tagen 220 bezahlt wäre besser straße schlafen

Mooie omgeving

Voor een kort verblijf in Zutphen functioneel.

Accomodatie was redelijk ,konden meer aandacht besteden aan schoonmaak. Lunch besteld moesten zelf Lunch maken Daarbij voor de prijs was het schandalig 16euro en centen .voor 2 broodjes 1 stuk fruit minnie flesje sinaasappel sap .

Het ontbijt was een drama. Alles op, geen plek, en veelste druk.

Personeel bij binnenkomst stond met elkaar te discussiëren en ik werd genegeerd. Vervolgs naar een verkeerde kamer gestuurd. Kleiner exemplaar zonder extra bed voor de derde persoon. Lang wachten bij de receptie tot ik weer aan de beurt was. Daarna werd het gefixt. Alles is een beetje vergane glorie. Ontbijtzaal is wel prima net als het ontbijt.

Staff very friendly and efficent. The hotel us getting old, heating is just enough, breaksfast is solid but limited. Wifi is good and parking very easy. Location is good.
