Happy & Friendly staff, Good food in the restaurant. Clean room and comfy beds

The staff was welcoming and friendsly but the rooms we were placed in were beyond disgusting. One smelled of heavy cigarette smoke and the other of raw sewage. When I returned to share this, the front desk offered us two different rooms. They were satisfactory (clean bathroom and linens) but they both still carried a very off-putting, dirty, not fresh at all scent. I would not stay again or recommend this location.

Very clean hotel, although very basic. Small room, barely enough space to put luggage.

It’s easy access but room have carpet that is long overdue. Can’t open the windows as it faces the balcony that leads to all the rooms. There is however plenty of dining options around

A very comfortable place to break a long journey. Very near the motorway and only a few minutes drive into Narbonne where there are many restaurants.

Great service considering the choice of meal for dinner (even with a home made Sangria) and the buffet breakfast offering even « un produit du terroir québécois » (sirop d’érable/maple syrup — wow). That’s a plus in France !

Needed a hotel in a pinch after flat tire. Was able to check in late. Great staff. Rooms comfortable, smaller bathrooms with tub.

Accueil très chaleureux! Hôtel et chambre très propres. Seule chose à perfectionner: il manque des prises proches du lit pour les personnes qui ont des appareils (ex: appareils de sommeil). Sinon, pour le reste, tout est parfait!

Hotel simples, pessoal simpático, bom café da manhã. Quarto agradável, com bom banheiro.

La chambre était sale et non faite . Des poils dans le lit ! Un changement de chambre mais la propreté toujours absente !! Comment un campanile 3 étoiles est il devenu pire qu’un motel américain de bas de gamme ???? Detestable
