Nice hotel convenient for cyclists and skiers. Clean hotel with cute biking theme in great location and nice staff. AC not the best if it’s a hot day and elevator was very slow but otherwise everything else was great!

The hotel is a 3 star hotel. They charge for the pool use. The rooms are an outdated.

Very bad food. Noisy breakfast room in a basement. Very bad doors with zero sound protection. When in bed you here everything in the corridor and in the staircase.

Good location and facilities. Only negative point was the queue for dinner every evening. We decided to have dinner at 8.30pm to avoid the initial rush. Other than that, a good base for skiing, close to the gondola.

A visit for a couple of days while we competed in an event in the Pyrenees. The hotel had everything we wanted; the breakfast had plenty of choice. The lack of air conditioning in the room made it difficult to keep cool but apart from that an excellent location for our trip.

Food was amazing! What a choice and what a treat. Fabulous.

This is how Hotel.com advertises Hotel Massana Magic La Massana ski-in/ski-out hotel with ski storage and ski passes. There is no ski-in/ski-out facility at this hotel. It is in-fact about 500 along meters along a main road from the foot of the gondola lift. Thus making ski-in/ski-out impossible. This advertised ski-in/out facility was major reason for booking this hotel, as was the advertised ski passes. This gives you the impression that ski passes are included in the room rate. Again this wrong. Ski passes are paid for extra at the gondola station. Ski storage is an inconvenient 2 floors down in the garage. Reception negated to inform us that there is ski and boot storage at the bottom of the gondola at an extra charge, which would have made a big difference not having to drag the ski equipment to and from the end of the day. The hotel was warm and clean. The staff were pleasant and the breakfast was good. The rooms look better in the pictures if you like beige and brown throughout. My stay was comfortable; would I stay at this hotel again or recommend for a ski-ing holiday? The answer is an emphatic no. I deliberately booked this hotel for non existing facilities. If there was such a thing in Andorra, the hotel company should be prosecuted under a breach of trades description.

Nice Hotel

We were there at a none peak time so the room rate was awesome

No air conditioning. 2 twin beds on casters. Can't sit up in bed without it shooting across floor. No ventilation in room without opening up huge storm window that lets in all the traffic noise from the street below. No microwave for making tea or coffee. No parking, and I mean NO parking. Cheap, tiny soaps in lav. I bring my own so not a big deal but still. This same place in the US would be a 3 star. Nice wood paneling and a great breakfast buffet don't make up for uncomfortable and expensive rooms. How this place calls itself a 4 star is beyond me.

not good at all, not Air conditioning, was imposible to sleep, and if you open the window the noise outside from traffic and bars keep you awake. the parking is so small that you always scratch your car, which cost more than the room. parking is very expensive at 13 euros per day the cleaning people talk loudly and shout on the hallways, so if you want to sleep in or have a sieasta, forget it, they will not shut up, i called reception, and nothing, i had to get up, get out of the room and ask them to lower their voice, which they did for 5 minutes and then started again. wifi was slow and patchy...not good. Terrible place. not recomendable at all.

we stayed 2 nights as were canyoning close by. Staff are friendly and efficient and Dimitri helped me book canyoning and gave me lots of info on the area and was really helpful. Rooms are tired for a 4 star and beds are really hard and we were on the front of the hotel and had to keep the window open as the weather was so hot and it was really noisy with traffic all night. I would recommend you stay at the back of the hotel in summer.
