The room was spotless, very neat and welcoming. The staff are very courteous, kind of old-fashioned good manners, charming.

Beautiful place. Decorations stunning. All staff were so polite and welcoming except the one girl on the reception when we booked in. Very short and seemed fed up. Room lovely. Restaurant amazing. Love this place.

Great pool and facilities - lovely staff. Cosy feel

Very friendly and efficient checkin on arrival. Heating all switched on in room, when we arrived so was wonderfully warm. Christmas stocking with some "Goodies"hanging on our bedroom door-knob on Christmas morning. Excellent service throghout our stay.

Rooms very clean and comfy. Room service excellent. Need to be able to lock ur room door from inside.

Clean and comfortable room, very warm. Enjoyed the sauna and jacuzzi!

Room was ok but it was a maze of stairs to get there Most of the staff were courteous Food menu was mainly Indian or Chinese

Cheaper breakfast would be nice. One female member of staff didn’t have front of house manner, but others lovely. Jacuzzi and steam room fab. Plastic bed protector on bed made it hot and incomfy but room very clean and stylish.
