The bidet got in the way of one of the shower doors opening I had to squeeze in a small space just to get in the shower. The fridge wasn’t cold at all every drink we put in there was room temperature after being in there for a while . The bed was hard as a rock my back hurt the next morning. Thank goodness we only stayed one night. The only saving grace was that this hotel was right across from The Duomo.

We enjoyed our stay here! Because our trip to Florence was short, we picked this based on cleanliness and location. It was both clean and so convenient. The staff was incredibly helpful and the room did the trick! If I stayed longer I would have chosen a room with more bells and whistles, but we didn’t need that, and had a nice stay. I recommend this hotel for a nice simple stay!

Typical Europe… Small room and a double bed which is 2 singles pushed together. Otherwise, all good and the location was spot on!

Location Location Location! It was so nice to walk 2 minutes back to the hotel for a short rest after climbing the Dome in the heat.

It’s amazing to see the hotel near the duomo and pick-up site for tours. It’s a perfect location, and walking to the hotel from the train station was with ease. If I’m back in Firenze, I’d definitely check in this hotel. Thank you for making the hotel accessible to us and for being accommodating.

Clean safe hotel. Restaurant downstairs was great.

The room was very close to the Duomo, which was a plus if you’re looking for nightlife. However the rooms were very dated and bathrooms did not match what was advertised at all.

As special comment, Sonia, the recepcionist, really added comfort to our stay and improved our overall hotel experience.

Room was very clean. A/C worked great. My only issue was that there was no full length mirror in the room. Location is perfect. Half block away from the Duomo. Walking distance to museums. Would definitely recommend this hotel.
