An excellent resort. Some minor cleanliness issues but otherwise a wonderful stay

I think the is the nicest hotel we have ever started in. Everything was such a a high standard. All spotless, friendly and helpful staff. Grounds are amazing and the hotel restaurants and pool are really nice too. Along with being so close to the wildlife park. It’s the perfect family hotel

Told the staff about issues with the fridge 3 times and still was never resolved. Took 45 minutes for them to bring up our luggage. And the room we booked we never got they gave our room to someone else

Spa was brilliant, pool & sauna. Food was good plenty of options! Room was clean and staff were great, very friendly and helpful!

Hotel dated and tired needs money spent on it. Spa old, lots of broken tiles, changing rooms old needs work done

What a beautiful hotel. Set in fabulous surroundings, it has everything you need for the perfect getaway. Rooms are spacious and beds so comfortable. Food is excellent. We had breakfast and dinner on both days and couldn't find fault . It was excellent. Saying all of that, the hotels absolute treasure is its staff. They are gems. So friendly, so welcoming, so amazing. They'd brighten up anyone's day.withthfoodorthechoices

Very relaxing night spent here. The spa was great and the rooms were very spacious. Loved the bathtub and the bed was very cosy. The Amber Lounge was delicious too!

Dinner service was a bit slow in regards yo ordering a drink and the delay in ordering food. Service throughout the rest of the hotel was fantastic as always.

The food quality at dinner was average at best. A strange menu with steaks and some fish offered for 2 people instead of individual portions Prices reflect the 5 star setting but the quality of the food served was below expectations

This is a magnificent property. The ONLY problem is there is a number of non-working amenities in the hydrothspy room

Nice hotel but feels a bit tired for a 5*. Our too just looked out over the roof which wasn’t that inspiring. I noticed that plenty of the doors to rooms have scratches / scuffs on them? The pool area isn’t anything special.

Cutting grass outside window early morning, kids screaming in corridors at 7 am.

It was everything that we expected! Excellent accommodation,lovely food,and pleasant and helpful staff.
