Le personnel de l'hôtel est très aimable, courtois et serviable. Le petit-déjeuner est tout à fait à la hauteur du prix et l'hôtel est idéalement situé juste en face du casino... et les salles de bain sont très agréables. DAMIEN RICHaRD

Great room with lovely view to front. There was a noisy disco in the road, luckily didn’t have to get up early as went on till 11 and was loud! Hotel might want to warn if these events are scheduled. Not many restaurants in the area and all but the fifth and last one managed to fit us in. Was a Friday night so might be worth booking a table ahead if staying here.

Excellent service. Clean room. It would have been nice if the parking was closer to the hotel.

We arrived on a day in May with 32C temperatures and were given a room with the sun streaming in. Tried the air-con but after 2 hours had to contact reception as the room was like a sauna, even with the balcony door open. First we were told air-con was broken and would be fixed next day. No fans were available, but we were moved to a room at the back of the hotel - no shower only a bath in it. Were then told air-con wouldn't be fixed for 2 days as next day was Sunday. This room was also very warm and we had to sleep with the windows open which for safety reasons we were not happy about. Next morning we asked to speak to the manager as we had booked for 5 nights but couldn't sleep in the heat of the hotel and wanted to check out. Manager told us air-con was not on in May even with the exceptional temperatures. Then he charged us for 2 nights even though we had only stayed for one. We had booked free cancellation but he said we had got a good deal so had to be charged for 2 nights. As travellers who regularly use Expedia we were very disappointed in this hotel and could not recommend it.

The hotel was conveniently located for the business I to do, but would not take it again. Very narrow shower, the hotelrestaurant had fish as special of the day, and the entire hotel smelled like it. Breakfast is too expensive for what is being offered. Good bed.

This hotel met our expectations as a 3 out of 5 star hotel. The room was clean and the internet worked. There were no frills or luxuries as expected. Our room overlooked the back of the roof, so no views for us either. Not many restaurants nearby open and all a little pricey given it was in the middle of no where. Skip the pricey breakfast an opt for fresh things from the local bakery - we had delicious quiche. For the price we were very happy with the stay.

..saved our day/night. We left it toooo late to book a stop-off hotel on our family holiday with 2 young boys. The website allowed us to book this hotel without alerting us to the 'no book in after 5'. We arrived after 11pm.!! We woke the night manager who booked us in without quibble... just as we were preparing for a hellacious night in the car.! Merci.

Clean and quiet, Good meal in the restaurant. Friendly staff (somehow we had booked twice, but that was easily sorted out). We even coped with the hand-held shower that had nowhere to go except in the hand. And parking in the street was only a small problem. Everything fine until we tried to sleep in the hardest bed we have ever encountered.

After the husle and bustle of Paris, I loved this picturesque little town. The hotel faces the town casino which has tons of old world charm. Hotel is simple but very clean and charming. Overall I had a wonderful time in Neris and at the Mona Lisa Hotel and will make plans to re-visit again.

Came across this hotel on the long journey south from Calais to the Herault.. I usuall stay around the Bourges ares but Neris Les bains is certainly worth the extra hours journey. The hotel was everything one needs for an overnight stop.. The check in was very efficient and freindly. The room although on the small side was very clean and certainly adequate. Private parking is no longer available but we were assured street parking was safe and we were ablw to park outside the front entrance. Neris is a loverly little town with thermal baths and beautiful buildings. Although the hotel has arestuarant we fancied a walk and came across a brilliant restuarant at Hotel la Centre et Proxima. I'ts run by an husband and wife team, and serves local cuisine. Breakfast was adequate but at 10 euros expensive for mediocre fare.
