Very comfortable stay at this hotel. The room was of a high standard with a nice modern but retro feel. The hotel was nicely located to all the shops and amenities, and was easy to move around the city. The staff were very helpful and friendly, and nothing was too much trouble. The morning breakfast was delightful and served buffet style, in a relaxed environment, catering for all tastes. I was made to feel very welcome by the staff at the hotel, and will definitely be returning to stay here again in the future.

Well laid-out room, openable windows, sm fridge/kettle/nespresso, lots of storage & places to “put stuff” (hooks, drawers, shelves etc) heated bathroom floors ❤️ quiet except some light traffic noise. Bed was a bit soft for me but OK for my partner. Good WiFi, places to work in the lobby, b’fast was amazing in variety with fresh fruit, a gazillion types of bread, numerous good GF & veg/vegan options too and refreshed frequently. Helpful staff; altogether a great place for a busy work-week.

All in all, this is a great hotel, with a tasty breakfast, pleasant and helpful staff, and a lovely feel to the room. Quiet and comfortable, and well placed in the centre of town. All told, it ranks as the best overall experience I’ve had on my long European journey (17 nights).

This hotel was define. Nice size rooms. But the shower was a puzzle. Water got everywhere

Good location a very nice breakfast. Close to bus and train station, two grocery stores nice restaurants. Staff was helpful. Did not stay long enough to eat at night there, but the breakfast offered some quality options.

The staff were really nice! The area around is amazing, you have close access to everything without paying a huge price. Overall it was just a great experience and I’ll stay there again next time I visit Umeå!

We stayed here while the world is going thru COVID-19 hence why the hotel was so empty. The hotel was generous enough to provide us a free parking for the night. The breakfast was thoughtfully done for everybody health and safety by covered and wrapped with plastic. Great location right in the city. Will stay here again next time.

Superbra frukost med nybakat gott bröd, bra pålägg och härliga fruktfat. Stort rum och sköna sängar och kuddar. Lite väl låg toalettstol och dåligt tryck i duschen men i övrigt en bra vistelse. Vi väljer samma nästa gång!

Läget perfekt mitt i centrum, trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Frukosten var bra , inget överdåd men fullt tillräckligt. Små rum med handfat inne i rummet, pga av läget störande ljud från trafiken. Men på det hela taget helt ok och kan lätt tänka mig att bo där igen.

Bra trevligt hotell nära stan med fin frukost.

Sängen var alldeles för mjuk. När man duschade så blev det helt blött i badrummet. Handfatet var i hallen utanför toaletten. Där fick man stå och göra kväller / morgon. Inte säkert att man känner den man delar rummet med så väl så man vill stå och använda handfatet då. Det är glas dörr till toaletten så om man går på toaletten på natten så lyser hela rummet upp. Inget hotell jag kommer att bo på igen.

Centralt men lugnt

Hotel ist direkt beim Hauptbahnhof gelegen, Zentrum mit viel Restaurents und Geschäfte liegt um die Ecke. Zimmer ist einfach ausgestattet, die Dusche ist sehr gut. Die Fenster waren sehr dreckig von außen. Frühstücksbuffet hat ein gutes Angebot. Personal war sehr freundlich
