A bit of a walk to main tourist pedestrian zone. but not bad. I had to wait 5 hours for my room because I arrived very early. but the staff accommodated me, to choose a room I preferred. Most of the staff was helpful. as was the manager. Room had phone. refrigerator and good English TV selection including CNN

Friendly staffs. Location walkable to explore . Various dining options include the in house restaurant of the hotel. The room spacious and clean with comfortable bed.

The location was unbeatable, very near the centre and the main Serdica metro station. The room was well furnished and spacious. A good gym and sauna. The breakfast was fabulous with all the usual things plus lots of Greek savouries and sweets. There isn't really anything to fault the Central Hotel. We would go back in a heart beat.

great location, close to the center and Sofia Mall. have Metro near and very quite place.

The room and hotel were really nice, but it was just too noisy and air con wasn't the best. Fridge hummed loudly and tram was too loud outside, maybe be ok if other side of hotel

Amazing experience. All staff very friendly, approachable and helpful in every way. Airport transfers arranged efficiently and guidelines for walking around city most helpful. Buffet breakfast was the most impressive I have experienced in my travels to eight other European countries! Well done!!

Front desk was helpful and recieved my coming late due to layover message. Front desk helped correct and educate me on some basic language and safety aspects of the neighborhood
